Very cheap jewellery, I ordered a £30 box and was expecting a lot more than what I got. Great marketing on their part, but not good for customers who just get cheap tat. One bracelet broke in a week. All crosses, no rings. Was not impressed at all and won’t order again.

Awful - please save your money and be warned of this company. Item very poor quality. Customer service not at all helpful.

Poor quality. Customer services very difficult to deal with. Returned item and no refund. Lost money and no item and no resolution in sight.

It’s a shame the jewellery is lovely can't fault, HOWEVER… clothes are bad quality and the refund process is non existent even though this has been signed for as a return and company has confirmed received and company has still not refunded me. Was received by them on the 4th been more than 10 days and still not refunding me trying to take me round in circles.

1 star is too much.
Ordered a 4 leaf clover necklace for my daughters birthday she had asked for, received a completely different necklace to what was advertised, this necklace was a 5 leaf clover nothing like the picture, very poorly made and found the exact same one on shein for £1.50!!
There is no contact number or way of contacting the company via their website so reached out to them via instagram and received the rudest reply, no apology or acknowledgment that theyd sent a completely different necklace, they however gave me an email address to contact to arrange a return, ive emailed this email address 8 times and zero response, I’ve since re-contacted them via instagram and again zero response!
Please save your money and avoid this company!!!

Poorly made products. Very disappointed at how cheap the jewellery looked considering how much I paid for it. I could have got a better bracelet from the Jewellers for the same price. Had I have known there products were cheap and nasty I wouldn’t have ordered from here

ABSOLUTELY SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! THEY DONT SEND YOUR ITEMS AND LIE AND SAY THEY HAVE DELIVERED THEM! THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE WITH FAKE REVIEWS!!!

Ordered a parcel which said delivered by evri. Parcel was not in garden where it was said it was left. I didn't even realise parcel had been attempted to be delivered until I contacted company for an update. After telling them i hadn't got it they then went on to accuse me of fabricating the story! They requested a crime number and a evri number which I have supplied and I have now been told I have to await there legal team requesting ring door bell footage from neighbours! Absolutely disgusting company and I'm now £60 down no christmas present and no where near an answer from them as what they are suggesting could take months to complete! Joke of a company

Reluctant to even give one star. Send every item totally wrong, actually crossed out the item I had ordered on the delivery note and had written on what they choose to send as a replacement as guess it was out of stock. The items sent are cheap horrible pieces of jewellery. Look like they are from pound shop. No response to email for a return after two weeks. Now having the hassle of claiming refund through bank. Disgusting!!!

Don't waste your money cheap tacky not what was advertised at all still waiting for a reply back after a month avoid and save your money had better off shein lol

Necklace came in an envelope without any type of box. Loose chain all tangled. Shocking presentation was meant as a present but I can't give it like this so will give to my 7yr old to play with instead.

Takes your money without delivering items.

Received some items but was told I need to contact them for a refund for the rest of the items.

Contacted them and very slow replies which ended up getting no where to the point where they stopped replying.

Currently in a battle with my bank to raise a dispute with this company.

AVOID THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING YOUR MONEY AT NOTHING

I ordered 3 mystery boxes for my 3 teenage girls, I never normally buy without checking the reviews on here, however it seemed everyone knew about this company, all the influences were reviewing the boxes, and the kids want what they want.
I wasn't expecting amazing quality for the price, but I though you know we’ve all been a bit of a tacky teen once.
Cut to the package arriving…. One box not three, oh god I thought that's a bugger. Got straight onto ‘customer services’ a messaging service no contact number.
Got a lovely response, and I thought genuine mistake.
Cut to being ghosted,
Cut to being made to feel like I was in the wrong for keeping on following this up and this went on for a few weeks.
The company owner then rang me shouting at me saying I was a liar basically after asking for all the evidence which I submitted, the best one was that they said multiple items were ticked off and signed on the invoice sheet my invoice sheet was not ticked or signed, sent photo proof. The company owner told me to forget that, even though it's their policy. He also said he could see that the package that was photographed by the delivery drive had all three boxes in…. His super power being able to see through solid coloured plastic bags that was folded over and not fully in the picture.
This guy sent my anxiety over the edge and when I asked him not to shout at me, he shouted at me even more protesting he wasn't shouting. He promised to call me again the following day after completing his investigation. And I haven't heard from them since.
Soo paid a lot for one box of costume jewellery.
I have seen comments on here from others having the same experience with this guy. Avoid at all costs

Jewellery is amazing - so pretty and so so shiny.
