I ordered an item in the wrong size and needed to return. I couldn’t find my order number but contacted their team. They picked up the query very quickly and resolved my issue swiftly. I am ordering the correct item again after received a refund

Don’t send refunds
Received a dress which was of poor quality, so I returned it within the timeframes specified for a full refund (at a significant cost to send tracked). Received a response to say I’d been offered store credit, 5 emails later when I’ve asked for my money back they continue to ignore me. It costs to return the items, then the postage, so I’m already out of pocket but then for them to deny me my return rights is a complete sham.
They also like to delete comments on their social media warning others about this.
I have requested a refund from both my bank and PayPal but am out of pocket until that is resolved. I’m also reporting to trading standards and Watchdog, as they are in breach of consumer rights and using incorrect information on their website.
Hope the team of thieves sleep well at night knowing what they’re upto. Disgraceful.

Once again another week goes by that this thieving company that never sent my goods last year and will not refund my 59.00 even though they agree Yodel have confirmed my parcel is lost. Do not order from this company.

Refund still not received
After months of not receiving my refund I wake up to an email from trust pilot informing me that Missfiga want my negative reviews removed.
Dear Missfiga, pay me the money that is owed to me and I will stop leaving negative reviews. It appears I am not alone in being stolen from. Returns mean, I send back the items, your company should then return the money. Otherwise it is breach of contract. Quite simple really..

Terrible company to deal with!
Terrible service! I ordered three dresses, one arrived wrong to begin with. Returned them nearly two months ago, with proof of return and still no refund! I have emailed and used socials to contact and still this isnt resolved. I'm out of pocket for three dresses and postage! I will NEVER use Missfiga again. I am all up for resolving issues with the vender first, but no one is helping me to sort this. I am so disappointed!

AVOID!!
Returned an item On the 11th of May. No return confirmation & still no refund, contacted them via email & someone supposed to be looking into it but that was 21 days ago now. Also had to chase up the order in first place as it took weeks to arrive. Would avoid buying anything from them!! Shocking service!!
**Edit.. even though they asked for more information & I’ve repeated myself in further emails I’m still getting nowhere for a refund!
Also find it strange that on all the 5* reviews it seems to be their 1st review on trust pilot! Obviously fake accounts set up to try & boost their rating! Surely trust pilot should look into this?! How this company is still allowed to trade I don’t know!!

Poor returns processing
I sent a return back on 23rd May signed for as received by Misfiga and yet to have a refund I’ve contacted via Facebook messenger as well as email and still not got my money back! Do not order from this company unless you are confident you’ll be keeping the items! They stated up to 14 days for a refund I hit a month tomorrow!

Absolutely shocking company, will tell anyone and everyone to avoid ordering with Missfiga at all costs!
I ordered a dress back in Feb and it arrived damaged, I returned the item (at my own cost) and I am still chasing a refund. I am at the end of my tether, each time I email I am asked to provide the same returns information, then I never get a reply! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
MissFiga have responded to this bad review to say they’re looking in to it ‘immediately’, I’ve provided my order details and they’ve sent me the same generic email saying a refund is been processed…. yet still no refund!!!

I am very disappointed with this company. Their clothes are good quality but their customer service is terrible. I ordered two items in my last order and only received one item….which I took pictures of the package for proof…when I emailed the company I had no reply as to will this item follow. Few weeks down the line still no second item!! I returned the item I did receive and wrote and email to ask to be refunded for the item I never received…all I keep getting in reply is what is your tracking number or order number. I have even sent pictures of the package and my returns receipt. As I said at the beginning such a shame as the clothes are good quality but I will never be ordering from here again too much stress.

Great customer service provided by Missfiga. I was out of the returns period by a few days due to be diagnosed with an illness. Missfiga was amazing in allow me to return and they now have a customer for life in me. The quality and fit was great just the style was not suitable for me.

I order 2 dress for my brothers funeral. I sent them back within the 14 days return policy via Royal Mail. This was in January.
I’ve contacted the company several times, giving them evidence that my parcel was signed for by a Missfiga employee. I received an email to say that my refund would be put into my bank within 10 days. It is now June and I’m still waiting. If you a thinking of purchasing anything from this company, take into account that you might not get your money back if you return it. 😡

Still no refund after numerous emails please sort my refund out.
