Absolutely horrible company. I ordered a dress for my daughters dance over a month and a half ago. They still have not even shipped the item. I have emailed multiple times and I keep getting the runaround first they say their order was damaged. Then they say they will make my shipment a priority. Then they send me a tracking number that all it says is shipping label has been created that was a week ago. The item has still not been shipped. I ordered this item a month and a half in advance of my daughters dance and now I have to go buy another dress Because these people can’t put a piece of cloth in a bag put a mailing label on it and ship it. Do not buy anything from this company. You won’t get it.

They provided a fictitious fed Ex tracking number . Then sent another in Chinese. . I disputed charges with my creditor . Should have reviewed the ratings prior to ordering from this devious site ! I can’t afford nonsense!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! First they don't tell you it takes 4 weeks to get your items. When I wanted to return it you have to email them, which I never received a response to the email. When I followed up on my return email they told me I was outside my 14 day return window and there was nothing they could do. Clothing runs much smaller than size chart indicates.

I wear a medium so I ordered medium dress, fits like a small and is going to cost more that the dress to exchange!
They don’t tell you products come from china!

Reporting these companies to our government is the best way to stop these thieves. Still waiting on my refund. Sizes are so in accurate would not fit a barbie doll.

I have been waiting on my order for over a month and haven't received it. I want my money back 😭😭😭. I will be telling everyone I know to not shop on line with this company. I work hard for my money and don't like people to take advantage of me. You have poor business practices.

So I ordered six dresses at a great price, so I thought. The dresses arrived in about four weeks. I ordered everything in medium and everything arrived in XXL and XXXL. I contacted them and sent the pictures that they requested and asked for a return shipping label. They sent back a message that I would be better off selling the dresses myself because the logistics prices are high and the process would take a little over a month. I did some research and found that it was going to cost me $374.00 to ship the dresses back. I am now stuck with the dresses. Please DO NOT order from this company.

Purchased a Las Vegas Raider's Hoody. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. The Raider's Logo was backwards. When I contacted them about their obvious mistake (I sent them pictures) .I was told I needed to pay shipping for their mistake. Also 14 they did not get it in 14 days, they would do nothing. They are a SCAM!

I ordered something a few weeks ago And looking at the reviews I probably shouldn’t have bought from here, I’m worried that my package won’t even come in the mail at all bc I tried to track the order and trusted websites always show where they are but there is no information to be seen on where my package is, no updates no nothing. I’ll just wait a few more weeks to see if it was even worth it… at least what I got wasn’t too expensive

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I ordered 3 dresses, none of them looked like their photos, material is super thin/cheap, and they took 3 weeks to arrive. I did not look at their return policy till after but they have a strict multi step process to get approved to return anything, $75 wasted and not even worth the effort to get rid of.

I order 2 unsex sweatshirt cartoon Anime long sleeve. One black and one red both in the same size.. They claim l order them in white and in the wrong size. Their refund states if the color or size is wrong no REFUND. Update the company want a photo of said items which I sent.
I also sent them their order confirmation and orders #. Now they want me to send them my mobile phone transaction. The product comes from China. It's best to deal with Amazon they do have anime outfits and no hassle returns. Missfox inform me to contact service dept after sending all they requested to missfox. The sweatshirt it's not our normal cotton material it has a slight shine the pattern look like it's a iron on pattern. Update they email a copy of return policy. Company is a scam.

They emailed me and said they canceled a pair of 81/2 Cactuswear boots I ordered and said That they would refund my money and it would take 3 days because it was a PayPal Payment. When I did’t get the refund,I inquired about the it and they said the boots had been shipped which is BS. I do not have them. THEY LIE TO YOU. I am reporting to paypal but I doubt if they do anything. They apparently stand behind all these rip off places now. They didn’t used to.Miss-fox okd a refund of $76.99 then canceled it. Period

If there is a 0-star review I would give 0 star. Rip off website, complete scam. 1. The dress arrived looked nothing like the photo on the website. 2. I ordered size small for my daughter but me as xxs/xs person couldn't even fit in the dress. 3. They label this dress as “Sleeveless Long Sequin High Slit Spaghetti Strap Dress”. There is 0 sequin on the dress. 4. The item is completely faulty and customer service said this item is NOT returnable. If I want to return I will need to pay for shipping which is a China address. 5. The material is the cheapest I have seen. Maybe something you will see in dollar store. If there is somewhere I could load photos I will show you how terrible this dress is. So save your money and stay away from this website.

I ordered 4 items from Missfoxshop, the quality was terrible, doesn't look like on the photos. Moreover the sizes are terrible the large is extremely small.
The dress i bought was so small and nothing like the pic on web site, rip off, Delivery was very slow over a month I wanted to return 3 tops because I wear medium but even Xl , XXL 2XL didn't fit me. they clearly refused and instead offered 10% discount on next purchaseso I suggest not to buy from them, save Your money. They are From China. Will make it impossible to return. Fabric is awful. Nothing looks like the photos they present on their website. Their reviews are fake. DO NOT BUY! Stay away.

DO NOT PURCHASE!! BEWARE.. I thought I was ordering from USA, but this is a company in China. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have to ship it internationally to China and pay for your OWN shipping cost. The item I ordered was flawed and looked nothing like the photo. They seemed to not be aware of their own return policy bc they told me I had to pay for my own shipping..but according to their return policy, this item was clearly 'returnable' which meant I should NOT have to pay for shipping. The package was addressed from NY but they told me I had to ship it to China. After reading some of the reviews, I decided to take a loss and not risk losing the item which then I would lose the shipping cost.. (Which would've cost as much as the item) plus the refund cost. Had I known they were in China, I would not have purchased it!!!

I've been waiting over a month now for my order. They tell you it will arrive within 8-12 days but my order was still in the "packaging" stage 2 weeks after I ordered. Then they sent my order 4 states away from me to the wrong person. I have asked for a refund twice now and they won't do it. They pretend like I didn't even ask.

Rating this store as a 1 is way too high. I would give them a negative 100 if I could. This is the BIGGEST SCAM!!! Do not fall for their products. I made the mistake of buying boots from them and it came way later than advertised, it was packaged in a flimsy bag, but that is NOT the end.... The boots were felt and falling apart at the seams, the heals were split out material and it would be absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to wear them. When I asked for a refund they said I had to ship it back and pay postage. I went to post office and they said not to even bother because it would cost me $40 in postage and that china is saying they never got the returns and therefore is not even refunding you, which means you lose an additional $40 than you paid for the item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FALSE ADVERTISING AND MISLEADING COMPANY!!!!!!!

I spent $55 on 2 dresses. After a month with no communication about whether they shipped, I decided to cancel and sent the email saying that. They said the dresses were already on the way and they couldn't cancel. Dresses arrived and they were the wrong size and very cheap material. I asked about their return/replacement policy. They told me they couldn't take them back unless I used my own money to transport them back to China - gave me an address and everything. Throughout customer service was very rude. I've since decided to cut my losses and donate the dresses.

My fiance' bought some shoes recently and the products are not what are advertised. The customer service very rudely stated that its a sizing error and its her fault and would be cheaper to keep and resell the product and not process a refund. They're a scam; do not buy from them

I bought a 25$ US dollars dress there and a month and a half later I received a fed ex that I was going to be charged 16 dollars in extra fees (duty, advancement fee, and hst on advancement fee). Had I known I wouldnt have bought the dress. Either way this site should have told me their were extra fees, all the other sites I use will tell me before hand.
