Don’t buy from mission solar or Anker solix.

I bought 6 model number MSE410HTOВ solar panels from Anker solix, a supplier for mission solar llc.
The panels are the only ridged 410 watt panels sold by Anker for producing energy to the f3800 power station. I paid a premium and the panels underperform by fifty percent, not as advertised. The panels are overpriced, overrated and I clearly don’t recommend purchasing from mission solar or Anker solix. Check on google maps for more negative reviews.
Update: 12/16/25, Anker support read my review and asked me for more information. I submitted the info weeks ago but I received the same request again today. Anker support is as dumb as a rock, they just don’t get it. I still haven’t received an answer to my problems with Anker. Update: 12/22/25. It’s been six months and Anker continues to send the same repeated emails asking for information. Support at Anker is a joke. Anker continues to stonewall and refuses to respond and solve the issue to my satisfaction. Don’t buy any Anker products is my recommendation and I will continue to write negative reviews till they get it resolved.
