No response from customer service
Contacted customer service via chat and email and 5 days later, still no response.

There is no phone number either.

I have received a faulty product so want to return it but no way to get a response from Miss Kick.

Very disappointed and poor service

I very rarely leave reviews, but I have been so impressed by Miss Kicks. We ordered my football mad daughter a hoodie and head band set for her 10th birthday. They were have favourite gift by a mile. Not only did she love finding such a brilliant brand, we were blown away by the quality of the hoodie - by far the best, cosiest and coolest hoodie she owns. We will be back - and all her friends want in too 🥰

Terrible trainers , took forever to turn up , paint peeled off on Xmas day wearing them around the house , I emailed them and bought paint recommended to patch them up as my daughter loves them so much and I didn’t want to wait ages to send them back to get re painted although this wasn’t even offered when I emailed to complain , finally painted them myself and she wore them to a shopping centre for a days shopping centre and there was absolutely tonnes of paint that had cracked off and gone patchy , I emailed them and was told that shouldn’t happen and must be worn with care , they was worn with care and only worn twice .

Had an issue with my order but they sorted it straight away. Customer service is excellent I would say. 😁

Would highly recommend any Miss kick products 💛🖤 the hoodie is very soft and comfortable. As are the shorts & training top with plenty of movement in the material. The headbands are the only ones that fit my daughter correctly having the gripping part inside. Thank you for a fast & easy order and shipping process. Will be ordering lots more I’m sure. From a mum of a football obsessed princess x x
