My item hasn't arrived and no one replies to my messages. Avoid.

I bought selenium tablets. I was supposed to receive my order within 5 business days. Unfortunately, it's been 10 days and I'm still waiting. I emailed and got some nonsense in response. Nothing concrete.

I do not recommend!!!

The order arrived after a month and was incomplete. No refund was issued for the missing item, and there was no contact from the seller.

2 weeks without any respond . Just make tracking number, but royal mail still expecting this order. That's joke.they should close this website. Not recommended......

old stock very short shelf life, also took a week before they even posted order out,Also no comunication,when they decide to post order out. very untrust worthy company avoid at all cost !

My order didn't arrive. Royal Mail was expecting the parcel for a week. I contacted the company, and after two weeks, I got a refund.

I asked a question about the item I wanted to buy. I got a quick detailed response that answered my question. I bought the item and it was delivered on time as per the estimated time scale of 2-3 days. Thank you to Miss Lamonique

Lack of communication. Item was somehow sent back to seller and I haven't received any response to my email, neither the refund.
Waste of time and money

Cancelled order with no apology. First and last time I will be using them.

Avoid at any cost! I ordered my product on Saturday and on Wednesday following week the order was still in "Confirmed" status. I've sent an email to which I didn't get any response. I've sent another email on Friday and I received response that "the order should be changed later today". At 9pm I had no info and I requested to cancel the order and get my money back to which five minutes later I received update that order was shipped - of course order was shipped only on Monday! Reading other comments I am hoping to receive the right product now! I think this whole thing was absolutely unprofessional and I definitely won't be buying from this website anymore and that's what I would advise everyone else, spend your money somewhere else..

Update 14.08.2025:
Just to let you know, the package was sent but the sender never paid the shipping cost so the package got stuck in Manchester for weeks just to be returned to sender and of course I haven’t received any return. Almost 80e has been lost to this seller. Today I received information from trust pilot that the seller requests more details so they can”make the experience better” ha! After few months guess?? But it also said that if I don’t give the answer in 3 days my review might be marked as “not genuine”. Do not buy anything from them! I gave up on the money and I think this is how they scam people on daily basis!

great customer service , the wonderful people working at the hotel deserve thanks for making us feel fantastic throughout our stay, great waiters , thanks to such service everyone feels special, service is top notch, food too , we will definitely come back there for a longer stay

AVOID this company!! I ordered a book from them, which I have still not received. They took payment for a product that was never delivered. I've sent them 4 emails and all 4 were ignored. I have not received any response from them. This company is a fraudulent company! Do not order anything from them!
