QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE: EXPECTED MORE

Previously purchased the lovely heart necklace from the Barbie movie and was pleased, surprisingly so, by the quality and reasonable price.

I decided to try again and buy toggle bar necklace. It must have arrived late because at 7AM EST, I found it on the porch, box soaking wet. Luckily, it hadn't soaked through to the necklace.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed because the necklace looked unlike the one shown in the advertisement. It was not at all suble in its 18k overlay. It appears brassy and clunky.

I loved the subtle and understated lines, but do not see this. For the price, I guess it's ok, but should be advertised as it is. Decided to return.

I was surprised that, given I had received a soaking wet delivered box, I now had to prepay to return, plus provide a new box.

Either way, the experience was not in keeping with my expectations not to mention, I believe this item went on sale almost immediately after I bought it.

Monmouth store great quality and service

I was at your Monmouth store and purchased a necklace with the help of Isabella who kindly showed us all the options and helped us pick a unique pendant. I was very happy with the customer service and the quality of the necklace :)

I've bought classic chains and…

I've bought classic chains and earrings. They're lovely BUT all the clasps are so tiny that I've given up wearing them most days. Very frustrating somewhat larger clasps would make a huge difference. Meanwhile my Missoni jewels lie unworn. I can't be the only one.

Wonderful pieces!

Wonderful pieces!! My gold plated pieces haven't tarnished or even slightly changed colour and i've worn it everyday in the shower etc. for over 6 months!

I’m very happy with my pendant purchase but…

I’m very happy with my pendant purchase — the quality and design are beautiful. However, I was really disappointed to find out that delivery to Portugal is not available. I had to ask a friend to order it to France first and then send it to me, which significantly increased the final cost for me. It honestly feels unfair that Portugal is excluded from delivery options.

I love this company and all the…

I love this company and all the beautiful jewelry but the customer service is even better. My bracelet broke and without hesitation they sent me another one as it was still under warranty and the delivery was so fast, it arrived the next day. I highly rate Missoma 👌

Birthstone Necklace

I love my June birthstone necklace and wear it almost every day plus had a hiccup with my online ordering which I had to do twice but first order payment was refunded within 2 days so good experience with their customer service

A very mixed review!

Feel bad giving such a low score. I’m returning because next to my 9, 14 and 18 ct gold jewellery, it’s far too yellow. I could wear alone, but I actually wanted layering pieces. To be fair, more delicate chains are much better in terms of colour.
Now for the positives! Super quick delivery time, beautifully packaged ( great for gifting), excellent returns policy and a huge range of jewellery available. I would definitely use the company again, especially for discreet items, such as earrings.
