Each product is hand-poured in small batches using a premium coconut and soy wax blend, chosen for its clean burn and long-lasting fragrance. Alongside our products, we also host candle making workshops in Maldon, where people can come together to learn, create and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming experience. Great products and fantastic customer…
Great products and fantastic customer service. Recently I had an order where there was an issue relating to delivery and Rachel re dispatched the order to save further delay.
The issue was not down to her, but due to Royal Mail but Rachel was concerned that there had been a delay and so took a call to make sure I received my order before looking into resolving this with the Royal Mail.
This shows how important customer service is to her.
