Don't let what you read put u off

I places an order with missrunway on 13th of oct for a spray painted design on white hoodie , I read reviews after ordering which made me feel a bit on edge as I also hadn't received a tracking number and I was alarmed by the fact folk said they had no response from emails sent . I then emailed on 28th of oct to asked where orer was and they answered 1 hour later reassuring me hand spray painted item took slightly longer and my order was being processed .I then received another email on 29th the following day to say order was finished and ready to be shipped .
The order arrived on 1st of Nov 3 days later safely . And can confirm it wasnt cheap ironed on logos it was spary painted as ordered you could actually smell it . It look like what does on website quality seems ok for money and I think my daughter will love it .
Looking at negative reviews I wouldn't let it put you off as I got 100% response and they communicated with me well from order to delivery i received in under 3 weeks mines is for an Xmas gift but all looks well and I would recommend personally. Don't let review put you off im happy so far .

Order not received yet!

Order placed on 30/6/25 still waiting on delivery today 6/8/25. Having sent an email this was the reply on 17/7:
Our spray painted items can take upto 21 working days to be shipped as each item is made to order, we have been moving warehouse over the last week and will have everything set back up to start shipping orders next week.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed – order never arrived and no response

I placed an order on the 23rd of July with 48-hour delivery and, over a week later, I have still not received it. I’ve contacted the company twice and have had no response at all. Very poor service and lack of communication. I won’t be ordering again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I waited over 2 months for my parcel to arrive. After several emails sent they replied to me with such lack of care and making excuses as to why my parcel had not been sent out. Then when they did eventually post my parcel for “next day delivery” i had not received my parcel 2 weeks later to then receive a card from royal mail saying the sender had failed pay full postage. Therefore on top of the £5 delivery fee i was charged my miss runway themselves i then had to pay £2.50 on top of that. I can’t stress enough the disgrace in which this so called company is.

Appalling customer service

The items received were exactly as described but the service was beyond appalling, I've never dealt with a company that care so little about their customers. They sent me a dispatch note and after 2 weeks of not receiving the item I emailed them, they said they'd chase and get back to me, nothing after 2 days so I chased again, no reply, so chased again, they told me to try the post office, which I did, nothing, they said they'd chase Royal Mail. Again no reply. I called Royal Mail myself after three 30 minute phone calls I found out that they had the package but Miss Runway had not paid enough postage. I had to pay £3.20 extra for it to be delivered. I emailed Miss Runway with proof, no apology or refund for their mistake. I really would advise people not to use them.

communication is terrible

communication is terrible, and no i will get a vile response back, because it seems that’s how they reply, i orrderd items on the 19 april! told 21 days to do for spray work but its now 30/5/25 so 42 days!!! and still no despatch email, have contacted a few times on email and only replied once, wouldn’t mind waiting if i had a reply back to tell me what is happening, have had to report it to my bank as a scam and heard nothing back!

Placed an order on the 18th March

Placed an order on the 18th March, understand it states 14-21 days for the order to be completed. Have contacted them by various channels to check the status of the order with no response. There doesnt seem to be a number linked to the business to enable you to enquire about things. Will my order actually turn up? Im rather anxious now and it was a gift

Your order will arrive before this date and your tracking information uploaded once shipped. Unfortunately zero stars.

I’m really sorry to write this but as a customer If I could star zero I would. This company is by far one that baffles me the most. I purchased 3 tracksuits on TikTok shop from the direct miss runway account. The parcel was delayed however I was patient as I understand deliveries can be delayed.. eventually the items came but I then no longer needed them. I sent them for return on 19th march and have not received ant confirmation or refund as of yet. I received a message “couldn’t refund” on my account. I have contacted the company on Instagram, TikTok and emails, I have been getting ignored. I then emailed to say I will now be contacting trading standards to which they almost immediately replied saying “I have already personally replied to you” which is a downright blatant lie. I’ve asked for them to show me where they have messaged me as once again I can understand messages can get bounced back/lost .. but surprise surprise I started getting ignored again. I’ve been told on my TikTok account that I cannot get a refund with no explanation. I’ve approached TikTok shop customer service but they say my bank has already initiated a chargeback…. Again incorrect as my bank has stated they have absolutely no idea and done no such thing. I have been made to feel as if I’m lying asking for a refund when it’s already been refunded but I don’t have that much time and effort to try and steal money. I have more morals and values than this…. I only want what’s owed to me. I don’t have the tracksuits they have been returned so why is my refund not come in? It’s daylight robbery and to top it all off I have now been blocked by the company!!! Strange… I am genuinely baffled as to why they are ignoring me so much. I haven’t been rude I haven’t been abusive I’ve only wanted what’s owed to me as the parcel has long gone been sent back via evri. More than the money for me it’s the principle of what is fair. If they refuse to refund me why not send me the tracksuits back as I’ve paid for them anyway. There has been zero communication from the company to even explain or talk to me about what’s gone wrong in the system. I’ve got proof of my endless emails and messages with no replies. I now unfortunately have to go through trading standards which I was avoiding. This has truly stressed me out to another level.
Buy from caution.

Firstly wow, to be honest it’s laughable because I 100% predicted a defensive childish attack from you because you seem to have a notorious reputation on replying in such an unprofessional nasty manor. If a customer is unhappy it makes sense to communicate and talk to the customer. If I had not been ignored so much I never would have reached out here nor taken it to trading standards.

I will say you are a bunch of liars, the tracksuits were delayed in delivery and were unworn sent back in the same condition they were given to me sent back on the SAME day they arrived. But You know what babes keep the money hun, seems like u need it as you love to scam people. To be honest your reviews say it all. I’m literally laughing because everyone says the same thing about you - you don’t respond to anyone but the second someone leaves a review on here you come running. So take note and read the room you’re clearly doing something wrong. The world can’t all be against you. I’m a fair person but if I’ve paid for something and returned it I expect a refund. And if you’re not happy with something I’ve done as a consumer you know what talk to me as a person, don’t ignore and make the customers run circles around you and then make personal attacks and throw your tantrums because you don’t like someone saying god forbid anything negative about your customer service.
But I will say I am also laughing at your attack that I “live to leave bad reviews” because I’ve left about 3 bad reviews in the space of a few years all with good reason… maybe you should actually take note and see how other companies have responded with understanding and some manners.
And FYI babes I sent you multiple emails as well as messages on TikTok and Instagram as I was getting nowhere. But apparently you don’t reply to DMs so yeah GREAT customer service guys. Gosh thanks for the laughs tonight hun. You seem like a lovely person.

I have been a nightmare? Just for wondering why my refund has not come in and been made invalid? For someone who has been in business for x amount of years you are a bit lost darling and have ZERO etiquettes, or care when it comes to talking to humans. Don’t worry Charlene I know a lot about you. FYI for anyone reading, please just look how this woman talks to people… TikTok customer service were the ones who kept advising me to reopen and close the refund request as they could not understand why the refund didn’t come through.

Your refund has been processed our end you will need to contact TikTok to find out why your funds haven't been released. You continuously dm'd us even though we state no DMs we also aim to process returns within 14 working days on TikTok in line with their sellers guidelines. Two of your tracksuits arrived covered in hair so if they arrived to late I'm not sure why they are covered in hair. We still approved the return when we should have rejected it.
Looking at your profile you live to jump on Trustpilot to leave a bad review even though your definitely not the perfect customer that your making out you are! We would also like to give you zero stars ✨ 😚

Lying are we, two of your tracksuits were screwed up in the bags covered in hair one was un touched.
The issue is with TikTok not refunding you not us!
Firstly you tried getting a refund before the item even got returned to us a little bit eager there so TikTok automatically refused it. Then you went on like a mad woman opening and closing TikTok refund requests left right and centre and you say I need the money more than you definitely not after the way you've been going on about this refund. We only received your parcel back last Thursday and actually have 14 working days to process your refund so you need to calm yourself down!
At Miss Runway we match your tone and you quite honestly have been a nightmare hence my zero star rating for you. Unfortunately TikTok shop does attract customers like yourself which is why we removed our shop. You HAVE been replied to on email so let's not tell fibs to make your review have some clout. Trustpilot is full of negative Nancy's like yourself unfortunately so we don't take offence. I'm also guessing you didn't read any of our 5 star reviews just the 1 star reviews because let's face it you wanted to feel like your review had some validity. In all my years of business I've had thousands and thousands of happy customers those are who matter to me not the odd negative customer on Trustpilot. As for the world being against us let's not be dramatic hun just a select few and after 10 years of business I think that's quite good I do not know one company that doesn't have bad reviews. Put your feet up and sleep well tonight knowing your refund has been processed we will of course donate those hairy tracksuits to our local charity shop 😚

No I donot have alot of time on my hands like you referred to in your reply neither do I have the money to throw away either.this should not have taken this long to be resolved.i ordered from you in good faith and yes you did send the parcel and yes it was royal mail that lost it but it is still me out of pocket .I can understand what you are saying but royal mail will not give me any information and that they are waiting for you.i just want my money refunded

Faster to respond on here than to emails

I'm resorting to communicating via Trustpilot because you respond more quickly to negative reviews on here than you do to emails sent to try and organise a return.

I ordered a tracksuit before Christmas for my regular sized 12 year old daughter, it took ages to arrive, but I was aware that this would be the case when ordering. When it did arrive, whilst the top was an ok fit, the bottoms were a good two inches too short, definitely not of a suitable length for a 14 year old as advertised.

We ordered a size for age 13-14 to try and avoid exactly this issue, as other have said, the sizing seems very odd.

Anyway, when you read this I'd be grateful if you could respond to one of the two polite emails I have sent you in the past week regarding order number 18582.

UPDATE: Would you believe it, I got a reply to my email within a couple of hours of this review being posted.

UPDATE 2 (After Miss Runway's Trustpilot response): Your attitude to customer service really stinks, as it's demonstrated by the manner in which you converse with your customers on here. Re-read my review, I had no issue with delivery timescales...yet you seen to feel that I did/do.

Also, receiving a reply to my email, in the early hours of the morning, so soon after I posted my review, is just too much of a coincidence in my opinion.

Finally, with a team of 5, don't try and claim that you didn't know your 'customer service guys' had responded to my email, you will have known, and I suspect you are one and the same person.

Wow what a lovely guy you are, we have only just seen your delightful review so I'm guessing our customer service guys got back to you. You actually ordered this tracksuit on Xmas eve we were on annual leave from the 23rd Dec - 20th January which was displayed clearly on our website and social media at time of ordering and for the whole time we were away. Guessing you missed that. Your tracksuit was made and shipped as soon as we returned to work shipped on 23rd delivered 25th January so you got your order pretty quick just chose to order it whilst we were on annual leave as displayed!
I'm glad our customer service guys have got back to you we aim to reply within 48 hours mon-fri but sometimes it takes a little longer being a small business with a small team of 5. But thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

Worst customer service EVER

If i could give a 0 review I would ! I ordered my daughter a hoodie for Xmas back in November which never arrived ! They said it was with Royal Mail, I went to the depot and they said they "returned to sender" I have sent dozens and dozens of emails and was told "we don't return back to work until the 17th January I promise I will resolve this" my emails are now being ignored ! I wouldn't care but it's only a £39.99 hoodie ! But my daughter asked for it for christmas ! I have NEVER witnessed customer service so shocking in my life ! And I will NEVER order from Miss Runway again ! Absolutely disgusting !!!!!!!!

Hi Michelle thanks so much for your 0 stars, just to clear some FACTS up we shipped your order on the 28th Nov after you ordered it on the 22nd Nov it was then ready for delivery on the 29th Nov by Washington Delivery Office.
Your item hasn't been "returned to sender" as you can see by the tracking there has been no update since 29th Nov. We have had to raise a claim with Royal Mail regarding this as advised and are yet to have a response as we e advised you. Every Email you've sent HAS been replied to except your last one yesterday at 8.30pm (we don't work that late) which was just sending us a copy of your delightful review. Yes we were on holiday for 4 weeks enjoying a much needed break after all our hard work last year this was clearly advertised on our website and social media and we even replied to you on our holiday. A replacement hoodie will be issued now we are back from holiday as Royal Mail have lost your parcel. Please in future when writing a review be honest rather than dramatic and exaggerating what has actually happened.Its really sad that it makes people like you feel so good about writing a horrible, inaccurate review with your CAPITAL letters and your exclamation marks!!!!!!!!!!!! For what? that negative validation from like minded strangers like yourself. I hope it's made you feel so much better and you now have a smile on your face! Great news you won't be ordering from us again although your daughter will be missing out on our clothes as they are pretty cool. Thankfully the negative customers like yourself are only a small handful in the majority of lovely customers.

I love shopping at boutiques as I get my clothes from them and I always find they go out there way so you come back !!

Charmaine, where do I start firstly you emailed on Saturday emails are replied to mon-fri within 48 hours so please be patient and wait that timeframe. Secondly it's such a shame that you don't take the same time that you did reading our 1 star reviews to actually read the dispatch timeframe which is up to 21 working days for spray painted items as they are handmade this information is displayed right at the top of our website. You also only ordered on the 18th January and left a note that you need it for the 2nd Feb we have seen your request and will try our best to get it to you for then. It's such a shame that you have come to Trustpilot to leave a negative review on a small business when really as a business we've done absolutely nothing wrong. We also have more 5 star reviews than 1 star reviews guess you didn't read them as you were only looking for the negative ones. Unfortunately we can't control people's thought process when leaving these ridiculous reviews we only wish we could. Hopefully once you've had your morning coffee you will reflect on how silly and unnecessary your review really is and remove it.

Returned an item as the size was too…

Returned an item as the size was too small in December. Still awaiting reimbursement or an alternative size (24 Jan) or confirmation of returned tracksuit. No responses to the last 5 or so emails! Disappointing.

As of 6th February, I am still awaiting a credit or replacement item - even though I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions. How long does it take to reimburse a customer or post a replacement item?!

Great Quality Spray Painted Tracksuit

Ordered a spray painted tracksuit for my daughter for Christmas, I'd ordered before the Christmas cut off but then seen the time frame for spray painted items so didn't think we were getting it in time for Christmas. However we did, the dispatch email came through before the 21 day time frame was up, and the tracksuit arrived in time to be wrapped and under the tree for her. Daughter is over the moon, its a perfect fit and great quality also, she says it's very comfortable on. My other daughter now wants one so another order will be going in soon.

Very very poor customer service

Very very poor customer service. They are happy to take the payment but don’t dare ask for an update on your order, you’ll be accused of being pushy and told to wait patiently, she may Evan offer to cancel your child’s Christmas present for simply responding to lies they post on instagram.

Glad my daughter finally received her tracksuit but I definitely will not be spending my money with these again!

I knew that you would lie about this situation though from previous reviews!

Unfortunately this is yet another inaccurate review you in fact ordered on the 3rd of December which was after our displayed Xmas guaranteed cut off date being 29th Nov. We advised you that we will still be working extremely hard to get all of our orders out in time for Xmas even those orders like yours that ordered after the Xmas cut off date.
You were non stop messaging and extremely rude so you were told if you weren't going to be patient then we will cancel your order.
What we stated on instagram was that we are even shipping all orders placed after the Xmas cut off date as me and the team went above and beyond to make this happen so was not a lie as you've said you received your order!

It's a real shame negative people like yourself don't read displayed Xmas cut off times but yet when we still deliver your parcel in time for Xmas you leave a 1 star review. Jessica I think from now on you need to think before writing utter nonsense and perhaps shop with Harrods rather than small businesses as our best is clearly not good enough for the likes of you. We are more than happy for you to take your custom elsewhere as we don't have the time for rude, negative customers that can't read a cut off timeframe.
I'm sure your daughter loves her miss runway tracksuit.

Just to again state the facts YOU ordered on dec 3rd our Xmas cut off date was 29th Nov
Yet we still managed to ship your order in time for Xmas as we go above and beyond for our customers. A cut of date is a cut of date for a reason yet you ignored that and still expected your order in time which we delivered on!

You really sound extremely un educated as you going in all Karen's blazing for no reason at all really isn't a matter for trading standards.
Unfortunately as a small business owner we have to deal with horrendous people like you a little to often it's such a shame which is why we would rather not have your custom than deal with your unpleasant personality.

My first review was a bad one due to it taking time to reply to my email regarding my order.
This may have been partly my fault as when I made the order I didn’t see the Xmas cut off date had passed.
But they pulled out all the stops to get my order delivered,Which it was ,The service I received was excellent
