Do NOT purchase anything from them. This is a scam

I made a purchase 4 months ago. Package was detained by the USPS due to fraudulent postages. I never received my package nor my money back. I have sent more than 7 emails inquiring about a refund and still have not heard back from anyone. I lost my money. Do NOT make the same mistake

I would give a minus zero if the has it in the scale. I order a pair of pants and till this day I have not received it nor any answer from the many texts I’ve sent little less my money.

This place is a total scam!!!!

waited more than 1 month to deliver in London! And when I asked for return instructions, after many emails, there was absolutely no response. And the only way to return any item is if they send instructions. This is the most frustrating experience ive ever had with a company.

The items I ordered took 3 months to get delivered, and they didn't fit as expected.

Their website says "hassle free 30 day returns" but they don't answer emails when contacted. I have sent 3 emails and haven't heard back. Would not recommend.

This is the worst company in my life, it's not a company, it's a scam. The item came in a month and a half after I ordered it, and I can't even wear it, and the size is ridiculous, so I send an email every day for more than 2 weeks requesting a refurbishment, but they are thieves who only stole my money and ran away. This is an illegal crime. Do not use this site. They are thieves.

I paid a great amount of money for a comfortable set that turned out to be very poor and crappy material and did not look how it did on the website. I ordered a size smaller then i normally do and the set was still very baggy on me, didn’t fit whatsoever. I emailed a numerous amount of times to get a return and they didn’t cooperate on letting me return. After I sent another email I got ignored. This company is a SCAM SO DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Received trousers which were too short in the leg, emailed company several times for return sticker ghosted! Stay clear, trousers in the bin! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Agree with all these reviews… in the future, I’ll look at tristpilot first. This company is a scam….they are liars, and the pants are complete crap. Thin, too short, cheap, took forever to arrive. They’re going into the garbage, super sad.

Purchased pair of black wide legged trousers which were too short in the leg and too tight on the waist. Have asked repeatedly for a return label which is falling on deaf ears. I shall leave a review everywhere they advertise as these trousers were not cheap and the material was poor. Makes me only want to order from recognised shops and the small legitimate companies will never get my custom because of shops like MISSY MALANO! Once bitten…

If I could give them a 0. I would. Ordered something six weeks ago and reached out to customer service about it. They kept telling me the order was received and was going to be shipped. Learned that it's been seized by the USPS for counterfeit postage! Should have done some digging before ordering. There is no contact information on their website except for their email, they are not registered with any country. Shady business.

I just don’t understand what they were showing us in the photos! The pants in the photo were nicely tailored and sophisticated- Spoiler alert… NOT WHAT ARRIVED!

The pants took 2 plus months to arrive - they shipped from China (nothing against that - just was told coming from UK). They would only move on the tracker when I complained and told them I was feeling scammed. When they arrived they are incredibly short, thin and has a weird seam. It looks like they were made in someone’s kitchen by candlelight! I am so disappointed- I read all of these super accurate reviews while waiting for my order -I ordered in mid Jan and arrived today 3/18. So now I’m left to join the circus as I have 4 pairs of ridiculously looking clown pants. The shipping would be foolish to return. UGH!

It took about 2 months or more to receive my order. The Wide Leg Tailored Pants were cheap quality and too small. I did everything that was required by customer service including taking pictures and spending over $30 to ship the item back to China with tracking information. After that, all communication has ended on their part. Don’t buy from this company. They’re crooks.

Item took over a month to be delivered. The item didn't look as pictured and was way too big and cheaply made. I ordered a small and it fit like a large. Good luck getting through to customer service. Will be trying to return the item if they ever respond. Would highly recommend NOT ordering from this company.

If I could give no stars I would I paid $90 for two soft cotton outfits! Bullcrap!! It took 3 months to get and it was paper thin and horrrrrrible quality!! They will not refund me, because they won’t answer me to be able to ship back etc rip off, lesson learned

F***ing LIARS! They are not sending the refund money to customers ! And no email responses even if they chase ! Don’t order from them !

DO NOT BUY OFF THEM. I got an order and it arrived after 3 months. The item of course, didnt fit. It was cheap material even though i paid €35. I requested a refund and i had to pay MYSELF €15 to return it. I posted it on 16th of December and have emailed them 6 times on multiple email accounts and they are blatantly ignoring every single one. So i have essentially lost €50. DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEFS YOUR MONEY

Don’t order from them it not base in uk and it said 7 days delivery it is not i ordered since
2 February now the 4 of March still don’t get it.

Advertised as UK warehouse, I still haven't received my order from over 3 weeks ago, on chasing I have a reply from China!
Scam do not order from this website. I predict from now reading the reviews I will not be able to return and the product will be poor quality.
Unhappy.

Do not buy from these they are a scam website scammed me of £66.98 and the clothes were absolutely awful they use fake photos. Please don’t be fooled by these nasty people.

Reviews are right don’t purchase. Don’t listen. You’ll find out the hard way
