Easy website to book a ferry. We booked a ferry to and from Elba with Toremar and it was great. We had our car with us and eventhough we read some bad reviews, our experience was really good.

Bad communication

Bad communication. Answers no mails. No phone calls. Never again. Thank you for no support.

Ferry was cancelled. Nobody called. No one at the ticket office. Welcome to Italy.

A total scam

A total scam. On the checkout, they show the ticket price. But once you input your card info. Then you get a receipt with 10 euros extra "reservation fee"(which is entirely unnecessary).
You can get much cheaper and better service on ferryhopper.com.
Never and ever again, this seller.

Problems with refund

We had a ferry booked from Sorrento to Ischia. When we arrived at the port we were informed in the most unfriendly way that the boat was cancelled because of a storm and that we should ask for a refund. This was in June and we still have not heard back. Every time I ask about the situation I just get an e-mail that I should be patient.

Booked ferry 12 hours later got email…

Booked ferry 12 hours later got email saying cancelled ferry sold out the money has been taken from account have emailed 4 times rang and rang can't get talking to anyone about a refund as I need to book alternative travel

Very formal and unprofessional approach…

Very formal and unprofessional approach by communications with the Client.
Were not capable to resolve problems related to double booking issue (Booking WT22I4D4478 and WT22I65496). Finally, I have paid double amount for the same journey. No feedback, kept silence and completely ignored Client’s requests and explanation.
I do not recommend “service” of MRFERRY Company and personally WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE in the Future.

Booked boat front cadiz too Puerto del Rosario paid in full 10 mins later called back to say boat is full refund will be given how can they book u on a boat in a cabin also book ya car on to say its full, sick family needed to be seen very disappointed wudnt reccomend too anybody

Booked a trip from Ancona to Greece but…

Booked a trip from Ancona to Greece but due to unexpected circumstances needed to change departure. Mrferry could not be contacted by phone all day and by the time they answered my email, it was too late. My first booking with mrferry and definitely my last.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Booked a ticket for Cies islands (Spain). Got and answer that tickets are not available and offer for next day. Went to different agency to find out that without registration number to the island, I can not buy a ferry ticket. Registered and bought it throu a second company. Subsequently got a message form Mr.Ferry that my ticket was booked. Replied immediately asking for refund. No answer. Currently trying to get money from them. Horrible customer service. WARNING.

I have not received the return portion…

I have not received the return portion of my ferry ticket only the outward. The tickets are booked with separate ferry companies. No one answers the phone or email. Booking 223860897.
