Zero reply to my refund request.
I ordered the glasses and then got a delivery note that it would take minimum 9days. I contacted Mister Spex twice to say that I needed a refund as I am leaving here before then. I heard nothing back except being sent a delivery number and then a note saying even that delivery is being delayed. Still nothing regarding my email. I need a refund but am being completely ignored. The package will get here long after I have departed - longer considering the postal delay.
I ordered replacement lenses on 7 May
I ordered replacement lenses on 7 May, 13 days ago. I have still not received them. The cost was €20 higher than the previous identical order. I have written to Mister Spex twice, and received only an automated response. The tracking site said something like 'delay in transportation'. Correos said it had not been deposited with them. It now shows as out for delivery. My wife has spent a week with no lenses.

"Try them on for free" is actually…
"Try them on for free" is actually misleading and not true. In my case they charged me for 4 models (almost EUR 900,-) even though I never received the frames as the delivery failed. It took me 8 weeks and PayPal escalation to get back the money. Very poor service and not recommended at all.

Unfortunately there has been a problem with Correos that has affected some of the orders shipped in the week of 14-18. In these cases we do not have the tracking number, so it is not possible for us to provide you with more detailed information.
We have received confirmation that they are reviewing it and have asked us to wait 10 days after shipment to hear back. For your order this would be June 28th the latest.
We apologize again for the inconvenience and will keep you informed.

Cheated, I just wanted to recover my money
I requested two glasses to try on. Quality was really poor so did not like them. I returned them, they received the package. I sent them proof of both sending receipt and the delivery-reception by themselves. I still don't have my refund of quite an amount of money that is mine and I need. No answer to any of my emails to their service since I sent proof of the return days ago. Terrible company. Just hoping I'll recover control of my own money. I feel cheated and robbed.
