Ordered Xbox series X on the 18th of November. Estimated delivery was for the 12th december. I've recieved zero communications to say if it has been dispatched or even if its in stock.
I will need a full refund immediately as from the reviews not one person has recieved a series x or ps5.
I've given you a chance and understand there are delays but do not sell stock that you havnt even recieved or know when you are getting any.
Refund immediately otherwise I will be going to the police, fraud team and a trip to Spain to come collect my cash in person.
I hope this gets resolved promptly.

Tried all other methods of communication and got nothing so back here again.

I have now contacted Sony and the police in regards to you taking money and not supplying a service. Everyone reading do not use this company as they take your money and that's it.

Luckily I have some time off over Christmas so I am going to Spain to get to the bottom of this. I will let everyone know when I'm back.

This is my 2nd review on here attempting to get an ACTUAL response, I made an order for an Xbox Series X on the 20th November. I then cancelled it on the 25th, I was told the order had been cancelled and that a refund HAD been processed and would be received within 14 working days.
I STILL haven't received my refund on the 14th of December, and I'm getting no responses via email.
This is an awful site, terrible business, with the worst customer service I've ever seen from any company, absolutely do not use this site.

I am messaging to ask for a full refund ASAP as I realise now my son won't be getting his x box anything soon so would rather a refund so the money can go towards something else

It would be zero but not possible. Totally ignored my emails, supposed to have a delivery by the 11 the of December for Christmas and I now think my poor son will get nothing. Awaiting any kind of response but they have all of my money, shameful.
I note the company are still advertising for January delivery, DO NOT BE FOOLED

The customer service wasn’t excellent initially, then I read all the reviews and thought it was a scam

Luckily my credit card refunded my money within 24 hours of asking, but I paid with credit card for this reason.

So if you have placed an order and are worried, speak to your bank straight away. But never pay for any large item via bank transfer.

Anyone thinking of ordering, Don’t is my
advice.

Mister Tecno is a scam. I ordered on 26/10 and emailed them for delivery ETA. They responded right away saying the shipment would leave the warehouse on December 7th and I would receive a tracking at that time. Nothing. I have messaged multiple times with no response and the WhatsApp number doesn’t answer. Luckily I know how to track IP address and locate international bank accounts. I will be booking my flight to visit the account holders bank in person and resolve this issue unless my account is refunded for the €490 euros. Order number HMVORGCWU. You have made a large mistake and I have the free time and the means to resolve this issue if you choose not to. I demand immediate resolution to avoid the next steps I am prepared to take.

This is a very honest company. I always order my items from them.

Ordered PS5 in October- took my money straight away - generic replies to email at first with assurances. Since then nothing. This company is obviously scamming people who want PS5s and Xboxes for Christmas.
Do not touch with a barge pole - don’t get sucked in by the fake reviews.

I am a repeat customer. The product is always great and it is delivered in a very timely fashioned.

I cancelled my order of an Xbox Series X two weeks ago and have yet to be refunded! They haven't answered my emails after promising I'd be refunded within two weeks. Can I get my money back for the love of God?

Absolutely disgusting.

They think I won’t find them and take out my frustration in person. Absolutely farcical. Fake reviews. Dodgy WhatsApp communication. Which now isn’t even running as a business account????? Took my money in October. Received no dispatch email or tracking. When spoken to them they didn’t even ask for my order reference. But told me my order was shipped. Luckily I have extra money. Which I’m using to fly out to Spain to take my 9 yr olds frustration out on because he hasn’t got a ps5 for Xmas. If I show him pictures of a burnt out shop or unit it might cheer him up. WHERE IS MY PS5?????? Order reference VXUIFGKFL. If I don’t get a reply I’m on the next flight. That is GUARANTEED.

After this review I left I forgot to add that apparently all orders between September and November had been shipped. I was told this over telephone conversation. And promised if I ordered in October I would receive my 9yr old sons PS5 very soon. But as soon as I posted a review here it’s evident that my order wasn’t shipped as the company have issued me a refund!!!! It’s there in clear daylight. They posted my refund here!!!!! ABSOLUTELY MEGA MEGA ANOID WITH THIS CIRCUS OF LIES AND TOMFOOLERY. I wouldn’t advise you order products for a goldfish from this shambles of a company never mind any technology products.

Looks like the company has its employees writing reviews on here rather than answering the phone or responding to emails from actual customers! We have been trying the phone line since Monday 07/12 with no response, the phone rings twice then cuts off to say busy. We have sent numerous WhatsApp and emails with no response. We ordered a X box on the 09/10 and received no confirmation email. We rang within the week and spoke to a very rude lady, who constantly interrupted whilst trying to provide her with the information and when asking when we would receive the item, she responded with ‘why?’. She then ensured us that the items would be being dispatched at the end of November and would receive in time for Christmas and also would receive regular updates. Since then we’ve had no communication and unable to contact the company. Absolutely shocking service, taking customers money without dispatching the items or even having any details of timelines.
