Bad Customer Service
I received the incorrect pair of tennis shoes, the customer service was slow and after submitting many photos of delivery/shipment documents and photos they accepted it was their error but yet never offered any compensation. They expected me to return the shoes and purchase again the original tennis shoes, adding more time and inconvenience. I will never purchase from Mister Tennis again and have cancelled my account membership.

We are sorry that this situation caused you inconvenience, and we understand that receiving the wrong colour was frustrating.
However, we would like to clarify that it is not correct to say that no solution was offered. Once we verified the mistake, we offered to arrange the return of the incorrect pair at our expense and send you the correct white pair you had originally ordered, with no additional cost to you.
Your request, however, was to keep the pair you received by mistake while also receiving the correct pair. Unfortunately, we could not accommodate this, as it would have meant providing two pairs of shoes for the price of one.
We regret that our proposed solution did not meet your expectations, but it was intended to resolve the issue fairly.

Bad warranty process
Generally it is fine, you buy the items, they arrive, all good. However, one of the tennis rackets I bought had a defect and their warranty process is deliberately designed so that you get annoyed and don't use it. You have to be a video editing expert to be able to comply with their requirements. Would never buy anything that coats more than a few euros from them as it is not possible to ise their earranty service.
