My order got shipped to wrong address on their part. I was to be sent to Atlanta Georgia they sent it to the country Georgia. I really don’t care at this point it’s been to long now y’all messed up my order not me. I want my money back.

Wouldn’t give it a star, sizing is all over the place and they do not make returns easy!

So disappointed. I ordered and was told it would be here by a certain day and it was not delivered. You log on to look at tracking info but there is none available. I had an event and did not get it in time. Very bad service. Would never order again!

Honestly I wouldn't even give it a star, but there is no other choice on here. Customer service is absolute crap, especially if you're returning a order. Will never shop here. End of.

Came super fast (next day delivery) and it fits perfectly, got my dress in the sale - was a bit sceptical due to the reviews, but it didn't disappoint!

I am absolutely appalled, even laughing at the joke this company as become. Ordered the camo coat and no word of a lie it is even oversized on my 6ft 3, 18 stone boyfriend. How on earth can you be that far out on your sizing that it doesn’t even fit a rugby player?? The sleeves are that long they physically couldn’t be rolled up.
And the biggest joke of all is there is no returns sheet to even send it back. And no response from c/s
I have always used house of cb so presumed mistress would be great, evidently not! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

And for all those women who have wrote rave reviews for this company. You are either getting paid to do so or you are absolutely blind!!!

Omg Yess in love with my shipment it arrived in only 3 days Saturday afternoon just in time for my weekend. Im 5’6 height and 159 pounds I’d ordered size large and yes it fitted perfectly I’m going to continue shopping online.

So disgusted by the quality of clothes sent to me. Clothes have makeup stains, looks old and worn! and none of them fits.

How could you possibly sell this to customers who are spending their hard earned money? Unbelievable. I will never shop mistress rocks ever again!!!!

The clothes are amazing, sexy... it fits really well, my favorite brand.

Will scam you of your money if you return an item requesting an exchange or refund. For exchanges, It will cost you $33 as they dont cover sending a new item back. This in in addition to the money you spent on postage to return the item. Avoid returning items if you choose to do business with this dodgy company. I'm attempting to get my money refunded but I dont like my chances

I feel like my first review didn’t do justice the quality of my dress and the quality of their customer service is just amazing! I just fell in love with this cyber store because of the timely manner they got back to me and how quickly my dress was shipped! But that’s now even the best part my dress is amazing the quality, the fabric is so thick and is exactly how the pictures portray it to be if not probably even better! I love the honesty and I love my dress thank you !!

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. I have been waiting for action to be taken for I’ve 2 weeks now, I have never had to wait this long with any other company. I ordered next day delivery but parcel did not come in time and it was for a special occasion (My birthday) . If you offer next day delivery which customers pay extra for, then you should make sure you are able to fulfil your promises. Will not be buying from there again as quality was not worth the price anyway!

I made a return on a big order at Mistress Rocks.
Three months later and I have still not gotten my money back. You even have to pay for the returnment yourself. As long as they got your money they will find excuses and find ways to keep them, even tho they got the clothes back.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE. They steal your money.
