Ordered a pair of mascot work shorts on the 18th of may I had an email to say the shorts would be dispatched on the 2nd of June and still haven’t had a email saying there are on there way ! Iv emailed 2-3 times and had no response from them yet ? And you can’t even call them up ! Absolutely terrible service !

Placed order then checked the order for delivery date Noticed item was wrong size
ONLY option is to email which i did asking to change to correct size or cancel order .
(Im still waiting on a reply to my email )
They still sent the wrong size item out
returned item and still waiting on a refund
Very poor customer service
Wont be recommending this company

Placed an order on the 13th may & I have never had a dispatch email, I have tried calling and emailing 3 times with no joy, I have now filed a charge back with my bank.
Mi supplies very poor service avoid ordering from them!

I use MI for my work wear because the prices are really competitive. I don't usually leave reviews, but recently had a manufacturing fault with a pair of boots. MI dealt with the problem quick and professionally. Made up with the customer support. Customer for life.

I had trouble with my delivery due to the delivery company and MI Supplies were incredible from my email explaining the situation to getting a full refund took less than 48hrs. They were incredibly helpful throughout. I will be ordering more products from them just from my experience from them. As well as the recommendations of speedy delivery and there product range is huge and great quality.

Terrible after care, bought a pair of solid gear work boots had them less than 12 months circa £250, they look 10 years old, the fastening laces snap atleast once per month, the fasteners have been coming away to poor stitching for a few weeks now which I have sent 4 emails about to be ignored, these have now completely ripped of.

Placed a small order with this company on 10th March. I’ve just been informed of delivery today and 2 out of the 3 items have sold out. How has it taken 62 days to deliver 3 items that were in stock when I paid the money. Then to tell me the day before delivery 2 items are out of stock. Unacceptable!

I ordered a hoodie and the wrong one arrived. Sent it back and emailed customer services. Within a couple of hours a replacement was on its way and the return postage had been refunded. Absolutely superb customer service.

The excellent service that I received from MI supplies was second to none and quality of clothing to match will definitely be my go to for work wear and leisure clothing they really are a 5star company

I bought a pair of Solidgear boots expecting high quality due to the price. Unfortunately, after only 5 months they failed and started letting water in.

What’s worse is the customer service. I was told the boots are under warranty, but I’ve now been waiting around 2 months for a refund, with constant delays and slow responses.

This is not acceptable for a premium brand. Poor product durability and very disappointing after-sales service. I would not recommend.

I ordered a pair of work boots from you guys on the 9th April and paid by PayPal , I've heard nothing from you at all since then and the boots still haven't arrived . I've read that other people have had similar problems with you so I presume I'm another unlucky customer who won't be getting the item he purchased from you . Everybody be aware that it seems to be a hit or miss situation with this company as to whether you get your orders or not . An expensive lesson learned for me . Nick Williams , Northants

Bad experience, no delivery and communication is far from satisfactory. Order placed on 01/04, estimated delivery date was 17/04. I’ve had no replies to website chat messages and the only messenger reply said „give us 3-4 days grace period. It’s 24th already, no further replies or delivery. Order status on the website is still at „payment received”. WEB257002

Update 17/05/26: changing to 3 stars as everything was resolved incl partial return/refund.

Still waiting for my order after multiple emails chasing.
This is the second time I’ve ordered and the second time this has happened. I thought the first time was a one off. I don’t know where to go from here….

Waited over a month for my order. Had to email several times for update. Email responses inaccurate. When order eventually arrived, the order was incomplete. Requested refund, but no response.

Placed quite an order. Delivery time has passed no dispatch email contacted customer services over it. No response from either. So very poor customer service. Going ahead contacting the bank. Seem very good at taking the money but at dispatching or communication

Bought from this store a couple of times now . Competitively priced and prompt delivery.

The first order arrived late, the second and replacement arrived even earlier than planned. Communication was fast. Overall satisfaction with both the store and the product.
