Ordered workwear which was available on website only to be told 4 days later it was no longer available. now left without workwear for when needed. as a first time customer really bad experience. dont use these if you want things to arrive as expected. plenty of other websites who deliver the products they sell you. will be giving these a wide birth in future.

Missing Items from Order Placed on August 8, 2025
As a result of contacting Alex and Emma directly by email, the remaining items (7 out of 9, as the wellington boots were unavailable) were dispatched and have now arrived in full, for which I would like to say thank you.
Regarding the response to my initial review, perhaps not everything should be taken at face value, but as a company, before posting a reply that sounds like accusing a customer of attempting to obtain goods fraudulently, it would have been better to verify what had actually been sent.

I placed an order (229829) on August 8, 2025, with a scheduled delivery date of August 15, 2025. Out of the 9 items I ordered, only one has been delivered.
I sent two emails inquiring about the remaining items—one on August 24 and another on August 28—but I have yet to receive any response. I also attempted to contact you by phone, but the automated message simply redirected me to email support, which has proven ineffective so far.
This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, and I am disappointed with the level of customer service provided. I would like to know if there is any chance the remaining items will be shipped, and if so, when I can expect them.

Thank you for your response. However, it took nearly a month since I initially raised my concerns about your customer service, which only reinforces my point — your customer service is practically non-existent.
You mentioned a 2–3 day response time, but I first contacted you on August 24th, asking when I could expect the rest of my order. Out of the nine items I purchased from your store, I only received the Manchester Hoodie HH. I followed up again on August 28th, after receiving no reply for almost a week. So much for the 2–3 day response window.
Furthermore, regarding the delivery: I received one small parcel, approximately 35cm x 35cm, which, as shown in the photo (DPD proof of delivery), was easily held in one hand by my wife. If this had truly been the “full delivery” as you claim, it would have been impossible to carry it with one hand by woman. The full order included:
A pair of size 43 steel toe cap boots with midsole protection (2.15kg)
Four bags, two of which are 50x30x30cm (total weight 0.88kg)
Two caps
One long-sleeved polo shirt
There’s no way all of that could fit into a small parcel weighing less than 1kg, as clearly marked on the DPD label. The label also states “1 of 1,” confirming that no additional packages were sent.
It’s possible that DPD mishandled the shipment and only the hoodie was salvaged and delivered in a plastic bag. Regardless, I am once again asking: When can I expect the rest of the items I paid for? If part of the order was lost in transit, I expect you to resend the missing items as soon as possible.
Alex, Please take a look at the review for your service on Google, which includes photos. The DPD label mentioned in the Trustpilot review is clearly visible there. Unfortunately, Trustpilot doesn’t allow photo uploads or the inclusion of external links, so I couldn’t attach it directly.

Hi Ryszard, I can see your order has been fully delivered. We always ask our customers to allow 2-3 business days buffer when goods are in transit with our courier in case of delays, and I can see your order was delivered fully delivered on 17:04 on Fri 22 Aug 2025.
As per the DPD tracking email you received, you will see DPD have reported a delay in their system which put the delivery back 24 hours.

When ordering you were given a delivery date of 22nd August, your order was delivered to you on 19th August via DPD (tracking info sent you on 18th). Three days earlier than you expected.
We confirm to all buyers on our site, we are the ONLY site in the UK to provide Carhartt to give customers 365 days returns plus refunds within 5-7 business days. A proud customer service offering.
We received your returned garment and provided your refund on 29th August, this was five business days.
We also advised via my colleague Emma in customer service, but you had already posted your review. Which I am sorry to say, it is completely incorrect.
Your refund was provided in 5 days, not nearly 2 weeks.
We have served nearly 1/4m customers over 15 years with our Trustpilot grading being "great" at all times based on our customer reviews. Which I hope indicates we do care about our customers!

Hi Subhash, very sorry you feel that way. My colleague Emma in customer service, tried to fully assist you and explain any orders over 150 Euro, as an EU customer buying from a UK company, you are liable for incoming duty and taxes. This has been the case since 31 January 2020, following the Brexit agreement.
In your email from us 4th August 2025 confirming your order, we specifically detailed the potential of incoming taxes and if you are not comfortable, you can cancel your order for a full immediate refund.
Please note we despatched your order upon no notification of a wish to cancel your order.
I am very sorry you feel you have been let down by us, but as per any other UK site this is governed by incoming tax agreements since Brexit and we are very clear in our emails to all EU customers.

Bad service
First of all, the item was never available, after 2 emails it finally was. Then I ordered it. The shipping costs were higher than the polo itself, but okay. we ordered size L, but the size is about an XL I think, it's super big. Then I wanted to exchange the polo for an M, but that's not possible, so I need to order it again including the expensive shipping costs again

The garment was currently sold out at time of looking, we then brought new stock in, so then stock was available, that is how we always run our website.
The garment you ordered, we give a full breakdown of the sizing. Showing your garment has a chest size of 42-44”. We will inspect this for you upon return and if deemed incorrect, we will fully reimburse your postage costs, but it is a garment we supply to hundreds of customers, without any issues.
The shipping costs are only £15 to Netherlands, which is the cheapest in our industry for this item from the UK. We give full information before ordering to ensure if you are not happy with the shipping costs, you do not need to proceed and you can cancel the order.
Our terms and conditions confirm prior to purchase and in your order confirmation, we do not offer exchanges and give you a cooling off period to cancel your order if this is not suitable.
In addition we are the only UK company to offer 365 days to return your garment, rather than the standard 14 days. The largest UK site offering this garment is £29 for this garment, our cost was £16.
I am very sorry you feel you have had a poor experience, but we feel we are very open to exchanges, we offer a full year to return your product and we are almost 50% cheaper than other sites in the UK.

I note you have said you have looked at our reviews which are classed as "Great" on Trustpilot which should give you confidence as Carhartt's main dealer in the UK for the past 15 years.
You placed your order on 27th May 2025, 1:12 pm, with thanks, and before ordering it is shown prior to payment, it confirms "up to 5 business days for despatch" and again on your confirmation email with an option to cancel if a customer feels this does not work for them. This then covers orders from our UK despatch warehouse and our European despatch warehouse. Our automated system picks stock from the fastest available stock on the day.
All your written confirmation from us confirmed despatch to you by 3rd June 2025, this then covers any potential delays with deliveries Europe to UK.
I can confirm your order has been sent much earlier and has left on our DPD service, and is in transit to you as of 30th May 14:28, with expected delivery the next working day. So your delivery has been sent earlier than advertised.
As part of our customer service system, an automated email will arrive you today with full tracking information, and options to amend your delivery location, safe place etc.
I trust this explains, but feel free to email our customer services team who you have had dialogue with and emails and we can give further clarity to you questions.
Also, to help further, we are the only Carhartt dealer to offer a full one year for returns, so anything you don't like or need to change for fit purposes, you don't get the tight timescales of 14 days etc, we give you as long as possible to do your returns.

As per the emails sent to you today from my colleague Emma, your order was placed on 12th April, due to some of our stock in our European warehouse we confirmed BEFORE you placed your order, and also in an email on 12th April confirming delivery time. Emma proactively emailed you to say we had a missing product, very rarely happens, when your order went for despatch. Emma emailed you straight away to confirm, to add a couple of extra days to your anticipated delivery day, but we could send all your other products.
You have stated in your review and your emails of an order placed on 27th March, which we have confirmed we have no record of.
I would like to personally invite you to our premises if you are ever passing and we can show you a warehouse full of stock and a cup of coffee! To say we don't hold stock is incorrect, we have a full UK warehouse, with a great team working in it.

Outstanding Customer Service
This company could teach customer service. Many companies talk about offering great customer service; this company lives it. I purchased a pair of work pants for delivery to Ireland under the terms that the item would be delivered tax paid - this company operates out of the UK. The company got off to a flying start by shipping the same day, and I received notification form the carrier that it would be delivered the following day. When on the day of scheduled delivery the carrier e-mail to advise tax was due ahead of delivery, I e-mailed MI Supplies requesting clarification. Almost immediately, I received a response advising that the item should be delivered tax paid and to forward them the link so they could make the payment. Unfortunately, the link didn't work, however, without further ado, they contacted the carrier directly, made the payment, and had the item delivered the next day. One word: outstanding!
