“After carefully reviewing your profile, we decided to move forward with candidates better aligned with our hiring needs.”

This answer was sent out 4 minutes after initial application. How is a “careful review” conducted in 4 minutes? It isn’t.

This is a pre-programmed rejection, a robotic dismissal disguised as personalised feedback.

Don’t waste your time applying to a company that clearly doesn’t value genuine candidate assessment.
Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
