While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Scammers, after you register domain, they will bully and suspend your account within hours.

Will suspend your account any moment they want. And never ever try to book any premium domain, it's the fastest way to get suspended. No matter what details you give to verify kyc it's never enough, and will even ask you court fees(legal processing fee), affadavit and what else, for the mistake they did.
You will notice the Registrar and Registrant Agreement page missing or not working, so that they can blame you leave you with no proof.

Very rude customer service

Very rude customer service, let me tell you what happened, they usually don't reply to the emails, so I tried calling them, but the customer service agent got angry and started scolding me!! It's better to spend some money with a good registrar, with good customer service. Next issue, I had accidentally paid them extra due to some glitch in payment processing, there is an option in their website to get that amount refunded, so after a month of me, raising the refund request, I emailed them, they did not reply so I emailed them again, Once again they did not reply and this went on for around a week, after the week they sent me a reply and told me that they will not process the refund right now, and I might have to wait for a month or so and they threatened me if I keep on emailing them about this, they will further delay the processing of my refund. It's like dealing with the child with anger issues.
