I have received my order of bird play stand but need to return as not suitable for the size of bird. I mistakenly thought the photo depicted a small bird. Trying to return is very confusing as company name on parcel is not recognised by the delivery courier or Royal Mail. Requests for return label not successful and it’s at customer cost. Customer service of offer of £5 to keep no point if not suitable 😡

Rubbish one company you don’t want to buy from I paid them for a tv unit and they was good enough to deliver it on time but I found a few things broken or missing but trying to return it back is like a nightmare no response from them and no return label either so I might need to seek advice from someone who can help me with this problem please don’t buy nothing else from them after all most the address was Finally email over last night yippee fingers crossed they pay me back for the money I spent on paying the post office and send me the money back for the tv unit but I have a feeling they won’t

I hadn’t heard of this company before but their rocking horse was the best price by far for my daughters birthday. It arrived next day by dpd and is exactly as expected. Lovely item. I paid by PayPal due to not using them before and all is well. I’d use them again. Thank you!

I ordered a bathroom unit and was shipped really quickly.
Evri seemed to have lost the package and when I contacted it was replaced straight away, delivered next day.
Amazing service.

I ordered a metal shed, 7x4, and when it arrived I discovered some parts were missing so I Emailed Mix.co. explaining the situation and asked if they could help me. A day or two later I received an Email reply from a very helpful chap called Thomas. He said he would forward my request to the relevant department. The next day he contacted me and said that a replacement was on the way and sure enough the shed arrived that day. I have not been charged for this amazing service, so thank you Thomas, you're a star and a credit to Mix.co. I have read various reviews from other customers who said that they had a bad experience with this company. All I can say is that, for me personally, the service was exceptional.

The tumbled stones i purchased were a real surprise
the quality of the Amethyst and Rose Quartz were
simply superb beautiful, They did not cost a lot

Order a coal bunker. Stillborn received it . Call customer services no reply . Emailed no reply . Don't use them. I will be claiming. Money back through credit card company. Again don't use .

I was recommended Mix by a friend. Really pleased. Best price I could find online. Great product and service. Will recommend and use again

Do not buy from this company.
We ordered a sun lounger for £129.99 for our grandfather. One month later it completely broke.
They wouldn’t offer us another lounger in replacement, wanted us to send it back broke in order to have a full refund knowing full well this wouldn’t be possible as who has packaging for a very large item a month after it’s been delivered, they said this just to be awkward.
They offered me £55 refund which wasn’t even 50% of the price. Disgusting service
Do not buy!!!

I ordered a daybed for £510 and upon arrival there is only 4 boxes not 5!
There is no canopy!
Some of the connecting parts are bent too!
I have rung mix and there’s only an answer machine which states that they will reply within 3 days!
I’m so upset that there is no one available to help deal with this.
Not sure what I’m going to do with a partial daybed with no screws!

Avoid using this company as my item got damaged during transit & was sent back by Yodel & that Mix received it back on the tracking. So I tried contacting them about it to get no response through filling in their form on their website twice & calling 3 times to then get the same automated response that they aren't in Everytime. It looks like they send the item out as obviously I wouldn't of had a tracking no. but when there's a problem they just don't want to rectify anything. So really avoid using company.

Ordered an Outsunny Pull along trolley/cart. Ordered Saturday it came on the Tuesday. Very fast delivery and a very good item.

i ordered a 3 in 1 punch bag and when it arrived the baseplate was missing. tried contacting them via webchat and said it was down and would take 3 working days to reply, tried calling and got the same answer then filled out an online form and got told 5 working days for a response. avoid this company
