Spent $98 NZD on v8 mechanical engine and it never showed up. Sent numerous emails and he assured me it would arrive.
It never arrived!!
Don’t get scammed by this company…

I enjoyed Mixcun items I bought last year as well as their customer service.

Products were cheap made, it's too thin. However, customer service was nice and helped me with the full refund process.

Happy with my items for the price I paid, no issue but delivery take a little long time.

Great customer service! They are really concerned with customer satisfaction and reply fast.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive an invitation to leave a review. I received my parcel after 35 days I placed order, that's really slow, however, the product quality and support are unmatched.

Mixcun customer service team reached out me for leave a review on my purchase from last year. My opinion remains the same, they offer good service and a great range of products.

Thieves! Ordered a metal model engine, Never got it. They said they would send it again. Never got it. Haven't heard from them since.

Never received my order nor did I receive a refund. I guess I got scammed.

I would leave 0 stars but you can’t, this online shopping page just collects your money then send you a shipping confirmation.
When you check the shipping status the address does not match the address you supplied. When you try to contact the shipping address show from their tracking # the address does not exist.
It’s amazing that they get away with this as I’ll see a new add on Pinterest with the offered product but a different customer service email with the same @163.com at the end.
If you see that in an add for this company stay away. I wish I did and the most amazing thing is I did this twice. Just to see if my hypothesis was correct, it was.
They collected my money send an email shipping confirmation with the wrong nonexistent address.

I found this co. On Pinterest. I thought I could trust Pinterest advertised products. Apparently not! Do not throw away your money. If you order from mixcun you are just giving them your money. You will not receive your order and there isn’t anything you can do about it. If you try to contact them they ignore you. Please pass on the word thanks

Fake tracking numbers. My order has not yet been delivered. They said that my order was reshipped. No response on my emails. STAY AWAY......

Zero if possible! Took money didn’t receive product. Stated it had been delivered and gave tracking number. Check of tracking number showed a parcel had been delivered to another name, address, state. Said would resend. Never arrived. Ordered in October, this is December! SCAM Company !!!!!! N

I paid for the wax for my car and I still have not received it I can't get any response back from email from these people I would give less than one star because They haven't done s*** to make it right or Get back with me or anything! Like money grows on f****** trees I work g** d*** hard for my money And these people just took it

Paid for the product but never received it, what a scam of a company, stay clear of this company. If I could give them less then a 1 star I would have.

Sent them money, never received my order. Suffice it to say THIEVES!! Tried to get the 3in1 paint sealer.

A company that says they have sent you your item and a delivery company as delivered it. ( Yet the delivery company knows nothing about it).
Then Mixcun state they will send you another one and it will take 3 to 4 working weeks yet 7 working weeks you are still waiting for the delivery.
They refuse to answer further Emails and the screen is not available.
Stay well away from Mixcun all they do is take your money and you don't receive anything back. Just a bunch of rip off merchants that know how to ruin a person's life.

If it's not a scam, it's well imitated. Package never received, no trace of tracking. They inform me that a new package has left. Never received. No response to my reminders. To be avoided.
