Terrible experience. They have a website issue that prevents you from purchasing revisions until you've sent the song. If you don't, you'll have to pay for the entire order again to get them. Furthermore, they don't fully fulfill customer requests and don't respond to emails or the website chat. I waited two weeks without receiving a response. Furthermore, they don't respect delivery times; the website says 3-day delivery, but in reality, it's at least double that. Better to look elsewhere.

I’ve had a great experience with mixprodmasters! Excellent Communication, fast response time and very reliable. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend to everyone else.

I just want to start of by saying thank you to these wonderful people! Had such a wonderful experience with both the single and the album.

Wasn't too sure what to expect when purchasing from a site I had never heard of, but when I got back the song after it had been worked on I was amazed! Can't believe how good they sound now!

Entire process was smooth and easy, and the producer/s were kind and quick to respond to all of my questions. Will be back once I record more music! <3
