Danny Oliver was very good at fixing my ordering issues

I ordered a costume on Aug 20th, 2023. I inquired about my order Sept 16th, 2023. This is what I received back. Sept 18th, 2023.

Beth worked with me on measurements and an exchange for over a week. She was very patient and kind and followed through instantly via emails. The entire company has been so very helpful and kind. This is the second product I have purchased from them and will continue to purchase in the future!

I bought a jacket for my wife and it wasn’t for her. Movie jackets refunded me the full amount.

Had an issue with size this was dealt with beautifully by Beth who was very understanding and helpful! I was more than happy with the outcome!

John Marshall moved quickly and passed over tracking for items there are very time sensitive for an important project.

Had a sizing issues that was resolved politely and promptly. I appreciate good customer service and response time. I am satisfied now!!

The suit took a while to arrive. I was skeptical about what the suit would look like. They did communicate once I messaged them about the whereabouts of the suit. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised the suit feels marvelous and looks better than it feels. I hope to buy more from this place however their blazers and suits appear limited

Had to send the original jacket ordered as the size was wrong. Amazing service - everyone I have contacted has gone above and beyond. Recently, Beth got back to me in record time and gave me exactly the info I needed.

I purchased the marty mcfly denim jacket and the red puffer vest. Both looked accurate and the sizes are good

I ordered a suit /costume from Movie Jackets. The initial suit did not fit as expected. I contacted Movie Jackets and I am very pleased with the fast response I received from Movie Jackets. John Marshall and his team members were intent on my satisfaction.
They were very fair and went beyond expectations to complete my order as requested.
I had a separate issue with the web site that was also addressed very quickly (I needed to use a different browser).
It is uncommon to get such thorough support. They want the customer to be satisfied. And I am.

Ordered a suit from this site and when I came it was in wrong size. Contacted customer service and for me to get the suit I ordered in the right size they would charge me additional 65$ in a charge/sending fee for sending the suit in the right size. Or refund me 30% of a suit I can't use!!! Really bad service and terms. Stay away from this site.

They rip people off. What they send and what they show on the website is night and day. The other fake reviews here are garbage. Dont trust and once they have your money they don’t return that money in any way shape or form and makes the whole affair VERY tedious.

Please stay away and don’t buy from this website 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
