The shipping company made a mistake with the delivery, so I did not have to pay for it. The chair arrived in good order, but it was described as beige, and is more gray or taupe, otherwise just as pictured, im good condition.

Easy, reliable and smart service 10/10
Mjuk was very helpfull in my case , i managed to get my old furnitures sold and without so much hustle from my side. Simple and most effective way to get rid of home furnitures. The comminication was super Easy to understand and the personel were very friendly in all intances. I shall recommend mjuk to other people. Shall use this service again definately.

Really bad service…
I bought an armchair from the company with shipping to Turku. Apparently the only delivery time was on Fridays between 10 and 16 o’clock. I contacted customer service stating that I am unable to be at home a this time because of work. I asked if there is any possibility to change the delivery time. I got the answer that that deliveries are only made on Fridays between 10 and 16 o’clock. I then arranged so that there would be a person at home to receive the armchair at the original delivery time. Unfortunately though on the same day of the delivery I was informed that the chair was sold out and the order was canceled. Needless to say I would not recommend this company to anybody and I will certainly not buy anything from them again.

In general I love their business idea, buying something pre loved instead of something new. They offer a wide spread of furniture and interior to reasonable prices. I bought a piece of furniture which was delivered within two weeks from another country, the shipping was affordable too. Super smooth!

To receive my money after my product was sold it took 3 months to get it. And in there website it's said 14 days. So if you can wait then it's ok if not then I don't recommend it.

This is influenced, among other things for example by the speed of delivery to the buyer. Sometimes, if the product is delivered to the buyer in another country, delivery can take up to 3-4 weeks. Once the delivery has been made, the buyer's 14-day right of return begins. At the end of right of return sale is confimer - we pay sales revenue twice a month: on the 15th and on the last day of the month. The products came fast
The products came fast - but got damaged on the delivery. Fast response and got a little compensation, but left a feeling that its not so easy to buy used-furbiture without seeing it.

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly. The table I purchased was in good condition, the service in the warehouse was good. The only thing which did not go well was the invoicing. There was supposed to be a 10% discount and the price on the Mjuk page was 61 euros but I was invoiced 68 euros. I wonder why the price was higher than informed?
