RIP OFF BOOTH

Multiple attempts to contact both via email and phone. They refuse to communicate with us after having paid for service.

All we want is a valid link to download our videos from the wedding which they refuse to provide. It feels very much like a scam.

Zero level of professionalism, let alone any common courtesy.

Hugely disappointing and a waste of $400. Since they refuse to communicate we will be litigating the issue.

We highly recommend NOT using this company for your event.
