Thank you for making an effort to leave a review. We really appreciate this. Rest assured, we are here to assist you. Firstly, we are extremely sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with quality. Actually, we tried to find your mail regarding the return request but we are unable to do so. If you have contacted us before, can you please share the screenshot of the mail at returns@mkhometextile.co.uk? As we offer only 30 days money back guarantee but we prefer customer satisfaction rather than money. Therefore, if you could share the screenshot, that would be helpful for us to resolve the matter for you as soon as possible.
