Great Session

From the start when i first interacted with Sharon via email on some of the content i would have liked to be delivered within my group. Sharon was really helpful and designed/created the content that was most relevant to my groups needs. Sharon was very attentive to all questions she was asked from the group and really brought the session to life.

A great experience

Spent the day with Sharon and can’t speak more highly of her. The day was filled with informative and reflective sessions and I am excited to read her book and start putting into practice some of the CX tools we covered. Would highly recommend

Genuinely world class

I’ve been involved in CX for just over 30 years, and genuinely thought that every angle had been covered by someone - until I attended an MKL training and leadership session! Whilst the material was common-sense based, the method of delivery, the relevance and currency of the content, and the absolute value of the messaging blew me away! It is without doubt the most inspiring and authentic training I have attended in my professional career! Huge thanks to Sharon and all at MKL for the lightbulb moment.
