Never send a return to MKT...I have tried sending a return. I was told that I had to do this by registered and insured return company. I did that for 17 euros. MKT refused this return several times and therefore I received my return back home..... I sent way too much email to it (Jessica from Support) and put way too much energy and money into it. Never return a garment to MKT. Lousy service.

Nice tshirt, sizing and postage issue
I ordered a tshirt based on the size guide on the website. The tshirt is lovely, good quality fabric, well made and great design but is very big. I enquired about exchanging for a smaller size but I would have to return and order a new one in a smaller size. That would be fine except I would have to pay all postage myself and at €10 per postage that adds up to €30 which in my view isn't worth it for a tshirt. It would be better to double check the size guide or check the clothes are actually the size they are labelled.
