The owner of this company is very profession with the work and service they provide.

I have been hosting with MKWServer for little over and year now and have had an excellent experience with them. They are one of the most reliable hosting providers I have ever come across. With great uptime, features and customer service, they have gone above and beyond what I would ever expected or have ever known.

I often don't write really detailed reviews about services but am doing so now because I feel that the customer service, support and expertise was extremely good. I received prompt, professional and enthusiastic support. Help is always a few mins away or at most a few hours away from opening a ticket and the issue being resolved.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Trent for providing me help countless times, he is always ready and willing to go an extra mile just to help his customers. With the Global Health crisis and other issues I was delayed on payment for services but was offered a solution. So thank you, for giving me a fair solution, Trent. Compassion is kind of few and far between lately.

Where web hosting is concerned I was looking for not just quality web hosting but quality customer service, and I got two for one with excellent quality in both service and customer care, they have gone above and beyond what I'd ever expected or have ever known.

I'm writing this review because I feel that the quality of help given to me was so good in it's self that it alone deserves an award in it self, I have never waited more than a couple of hours from writing a ticket to resolving my server issues and honestly most issues can be fixed in just minutes on live support chat.

One of the best out there. Trent is always ready and willing to go an extra mile just to help his customers. He has helped me countless times and never asked me to pay for the extra efforts he put into support.

Excellent support and very kind staff. They support you in anything you would want to learn apart from just a host provider. I highly recommend them for beginners or startups.
