After purchasing a washing machine from ML Discount Appliances, we encountered several issues. First, a drill bit was found inside the drum, causing significant damage. We then waited for a technician to assess the problem, but they never arrived. Days later, a technician replaced the machine with a less expensive model. Unfortunately, this replacement machine was also defective, as a damaged credit card was discovered in the drain pump. Despite these multiple failures and inconveniences, M L Discount appliances have not offered any compensation or refunded the price difference between the original and replacement machines.

10/10 service wouldn’t hesitate in using again.

Have used this firm on two occasions - 22 and 23 - and they have been excellent.

Great price built under oven, came with fittings and warranty. Dont be alarmed if all goes quiet for a while after paying and ordering. It will arrive as mentioned on there website in 5-10 days if outside there 30mile local area.

Well even though they put the machine on the hottap, it wasn't their fault as who ever had this house before they had put them the wrong way round, ml discount came out the day after I called them for me

Incredibly fast, helpful and efficient service. I ordered a dishwasher in the morning and it was delivered, fitted and the broken one taken away all in the same day.
