Poor customer service

I ordered two "Opening Day" Blue Jays t-shirts to commemorate my attendance at that game this year. I received shirts that said Fifty Seasons instead. After talking with the Chat assistant, I returned the shirts and the Opening Day t-shirts were re-ordered. When that package arrived, they too were Fifty Seasons shirts. This time I 'chatted' with a customer service agent, who said he could only offer me a refund, and asked me to return the second wrong order again. I wanted the correct shirts. He suggested re-ordering them again after getting my refund back. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he said there were none available, then gave me a number to call tomorrow. So I am expected to order the same shirts for a third time, with no assurances I will get the correct shirts this time? Completely unacceptable. If you buy product from this company, pray they don't screw up your order.

A garbage site.

A garbage site.
They are selling Blue Jays gear to Canadians on a .CA domain yet they try to steal $40 in duties from fans because they are too crooked to not locate the products they are selling in Canada, you know, for Canadian fans of the Blue Jays...can they say LOST SALE.
