I bought shoes the check company vip free and future a subscription month’s $59.99. but nothing.. Crooked. business robbery customer card. And sneakers it’s not good for. feet not arch and hurt feet

They track credit card information and make unauthorized charges.

They charged me for $59 for a prescription that I did not authorize so when I called them they canceled the monthly prescription and they were supposed to refund me my $59 back into my account still have not received that it’s been over three weeks! I would advised not to deal with this company. They don’t have fair practice.!!

MLO shoes are a scam. The only thing they do is charge your account. They make you think they are tracking your order. Pure bullshit. If you do try to track your order they want to charge you. No direct phone number for customer service. You talk to an online chat. They again want to charge you to talk to a customer service rep. So I am disputing my purchase. So don’t trouble yourself dealing with this dishonest business. Should have looked at the Better Business Bureau’s. Rating.

Please this is a scam. They are charging fees every month and did not get the okay to do so. I have tried to contact them and they are not responding. Save yourself a whole lot of trouble of having to cancel your credit card because they are putting charges on it every month. Steer clear.

Absolutely horrible experience. You will be surreptitiously enrolled in their quote VIP program, which is basically an excuse for them to charge your $50 a month. Unbeknownst to you. These people ripped me off for about a few hundred dollars

COMPLETE SCAM AND A FRAUD!! They STEAL YOUR MONEY! Do not trust them with your credit card information. They have stolen a total of $465 from me with reoccurring charges that I NEVER authorized over the course of 7 months of $59.95 monthly charges.

This company is a scam. They sign you up for reoccurring charges without your consent. Run as fast as possible.

They are Crooks they charge my credit card twice

They claim we received the shoes but we haven't. They added a $60 extra fee on as well and expected us to pay more monthly even though we didn't sign up for anything. Total scam!

Why have I been charged twice for 1 pair of shoes I purchased this has happened before?

shoes were never delivered even after 2 months, customer service is useless…. and they snuck in a recurring $59.95 monthly charge for some VIP bs!! avoid completely!!!

Simply a SCAM COMPANY. Low quality product, I wore them three times before the corded lace eyelets fell apart. Then, like many others here, they slipped in a $59.95 MONTHLY membership for the privilege to look at their shoes, best I could tell. You get nothing for the membership and don’t even know you have it until you see it on your credit card. My opinion is they should be charged with fraud. This companies business model is built on deception! Just stay away and write the Attorney General if you have suffered through a purchase here.

Ive been waiting for my shoes for over 2 years now, in the beginning they kept saying "in 1 or 2 months" and now it looks like the website doesn't even work anymore. I never received my shoes. Even after paying. Does anyone know if the CEO has been jailed yet?

If I could give them negative stars I would this company is a complete scam! You are not just buying a pair of crappy drop ship shoe that doesn’t even have a logo on it, you will also be charged for some supposed VIP membership at $60 a month which gives you absolutely nothing… man I wish I could find the owner

BEWARE!! While my shoe order from this company did process and arrive just fine, and the shoes themselves were of adequate quality and met my expectations of what they looked like, this company is shady and will throw in a $59 monthly recurring fee to your attached payment method without your knowledge or consent. When you put your order together on their website and get your cart ready for checkout, you'll see an included "item" in your cart, already added to your order, called "MLO VIP" membership or something along those lines. No description about it or anything, it's just there and says "$0" so you sort of just assume it's a perk they're adding in for free. Well, it most certainly is not.....a few days after your order, you'll be hit with the first $59 charge to your payment method, followed by another one next month around the same date, and so on and so on. I did not even notice it until 3 months in I happened to be browsing my card statement and saw a pending $59 charge for MLO VIP membership which I then noticed they had done for the previous 2 months as well and then followed the rabbit hole down through internet reviews, where i found massive amounts of fellow customers here on Trustpilot that experienced the same thing. I had to immediately contact my financial institution and disputed all 3 of the membership charges. Luckily for me, they were able to dispute them successfully and I was refunded for all 3 monthly payments. They have no direct contact info other than a basic customer support email which they never replied back to me when I reached out to them and which, in this day and age, should tell you something fishy if they don't even provide a direct contact phone number. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company....any company sneakily throwing in a $59 a month membership fee should be a company that you want no part of. Just look at all the other Trustpilot reviews for this company that are saying the exact same thing as me.

I received no order information, no shipping information. They also tried to slip in a monthly reoccurring charge of 59.95, for what exactly? This is my 2nd and last order from this bunch. If you order anything from them, watch your credit card statement carefully. They're shady!

This company is a rip off, not going to get what is advertised and they will continue to bill your credit card of merchandise that you will not receive. If they have your credit card number, watch your statements carefully....

They ship straight from China, takes about 14 days to arrive. The logo on the shoe is different than what’s in the pictures. It says “Fashion” on the tongue display, no M logo. I emailed saying I wanted a return and they made me take a picture of the logo and they told me they got sued by Nike in 2023 and had to change their logo and haven’t had time to update pictures in two years. The after arguing for 10 days back and forth they said I can’t do a return since it’s now past the 30 days from ordering, the 14 days of shipping and 10 days of arguing about the return counts for them. lol. Theee shoes are cheap Chinese garbage. Called my credit card company and got a refund
