Not impressed - from a consumer point of view
They are marketing technology company with a portfolio of products and services, associated with big brands like HSBC, M&S, RAC, Samsung etc - yes, very impressive.
However, from a consumer perspective It appeared to me that they are not giving importance to the most important stakeholder in their ecosystem.
I contacted them for making sure the 'promised' promotion is paid - however they did not have any information to help. It seems they are acting like a dump-middlemen and and will contact their 'clients' to make sure promotion is applied due to data privacy laws, god bless.
2 stars for the hassle as a consumer, and of course I must also mention that they may be profiting from spoilage accounting, i.e when the consumer is NOT rewarded with what the promotion/marketing has promised. After all, there is always technology to blame!
