Arun has been incredibly personable and friendly throughout the entire process of finding a mortgage lender. It's a process that can be stressful for all involved, and given different work circumstances, he has been very available in helping us secure something. He has even, whwn needed, been willing to have a conversation with my partner and I outside of standard office hours which is something very rarely seen these days.

He has crunched through numbers based on different sources of salary/income, and put together a comprehensive list of required documents needed.

Don’t know where to start but you can’t buy knowledge and experience. From the first call to the finalisation has been smooth sailing, Arun kept up in the loop throughout the whole process and was always there at all times to answer questions. Arun made a dream come true, that other said they can make come true. I'm self employed and a company director so getting a mortgage is harder then normal as you need 3-4 years tax returns and good profits shown, I previous went to 2 mortgage brokers and was promised a dream mortgage but when it came to the crunch it all fell throw and wasted 2 years of my life waiting after all the headaches cause by the privous brokers. I was introduced to Arun through a customer who I was working for and he had used Arun to get his mortgage so I said why not give him a try and see what he can do. From our 1st meeting untill the end Arun was honest and straight to the point, and told me what property i can an can not get, he checked all paper work before telling me my dream can come true unlike the other brokers I used before and then he made my dream come ture, he was easy to communicate with always available even after working hours, and even when he had to work along side myself and my accountant he was so easy, having an 3 way convo an leasing is always difficult, he always reassured me when times where not on my side and best of all he always had high hopes for me all the way throughout even when I had lost hope at one stage. Arun hands down is highly recommended and I will always recommend him without fail, words can not describe what he has done for me and my future, the process was a total nightmare untill the end as expected due tonpaper work but he was so supportive and helpful and helped all the way,it was like he was a family member and not a broker please, please, please who ever is reading this don't go to anyone but Arun.
