Scam?

Ive bought from mm2.club a few times before but this time i did, the bot wasn’t even in the server?! It was js me and 12 other ppl all waiting to get our things!! Ive been waiting nearly 24hrs to get it and now the website is magically gone! So i can’t even try and get it - and it wont let me email the company.
