Bastion sorted out an annoying little issue in no time at all. All products only as good as the customer support and Mm3digital is second to none. Well recommended.

Customer Support is excellent. So even if something goes wrong (in my case there was a disconnect between the instructions that were given for the installation and the actual process that was required, due to a very recent change by Microsoft in the last few days), then - because of the personal relationship which is immediately established between you and your Mm3digital support person (*Bastian* supported me and he was super supportive and knowledgeable) - resolution is guaranteed to be fast. In my case the issue was resolved on the same day.

Everything went without problems. Even I had a difficulty after my mistake the support was excellent. Of course I will use again the same company for other products.

The key doesn't work good. Sometimes it doesn't work and it ask me to pit again the key. It says : verify the key and try again. We have problème connections.

I have purchased a lot of software and also referred many people to buy from this platform. I have never had any difficulties using any software I bought here, or with the people I referred complaints to regarding the usage of their software

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The software failed to install three separate times, despite me following the instructions provided. I paid for a product that simply does not work.

What made the situation even worse was the customer service. Communication through WhatsApp was rude, dismissive and extremely unprofessional. Instead of properly helping me resolve the problem, I was given generic instructions and made to feel like the issue was my responsibility.

I have repeatedly tried to get help and have now requested a full refund because the software is unusable, but my refund request has been ignored.

Selling software is one thing, but when a customer cannot install or use what they have paid for, the company should either fix the problem or issue a refund — not ignore them.

Completely unacceptable service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. If my refund continues to be ignored, I will be contacting my bank to dispute the transaction and recover my money.

Email with the link landed ok. But, not everyone is computer-literate. You need to provide simpler, reader-friendly installation instructions.
