Bastian help me until the issues was solved. It had been frustrating but Bastian kept offering another way to fix my software.

This is my second experience with these guys and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I had a glitch in my installation and Bastian from Support was right onto it. (Just be aware people from outside the UK, Support works on GMT.) Highly professional from sales and delivery to Support and great prices to boot.

Everything went wrong. I could download the program, but I could never get it up running. The procedures and explanations were very complex and were beyond my capacity. When I then said I wanted to cancel my order and have my money refunded because I could not use the program, they replied that they had sent me the program with instructions how to get it running and that was all they were obligated to do. They refused to send me a refund. Needless to say I am not a "Happy Camper." I would not recommend anyone but a computer expert to use this outfit.

Warning to buyers licenses sold are illegal
Purchased Lightroom and Photoshop both counterfeit with no licenses provided. If you ask for refund communication stops. Lesson learned if it sounds too cheap it is not real. Contacted them many times and I was told to uninstall the Adobe Genuine Service application if I had it installed. Did this but made no difference the applications when installed kept asking for a license which was not supplied so contacted Adobe who confirmed that what I received was conterfeit.

I bought some software from them which worked. I'm happy also with the customer service.

Still won't run properly. Not what I expected. Thanks anyway.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop licences from MM3 Digital / mm3digital.com. When I needed support with the Acrobat installation, the team responded incredibly quickly - always within 30 minutes - and provided clear, detailed instructions.

Unlike some online software sellers, the instructions were complete and response to questions raised, the response was quick.

First, the installation of Adobe Acrobat stopped midway due to a missing cab file. After receiving complex and tedious instructions, including completely disconnecting the internet, the installation completed successfully. Unfortunately, after connecting to the internet, most operations failed with a message "An error has been detected with a required application library or file and the product "cannot continue. Please reinstall the application." I suspect the application is not legal and therefore Adobe prevents its use while connected to the Internet. I do not recommend installing it.

Software works as expected. Guides and instructions on how to remove all previous traces of photoshop clear and concise. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Wanted a cheap version of Adobe Acrobat Pro and chose a 2021 version Acrobat Pro DC which was supposedly 'lifetime licensed'. Followed installation instructions to the letter, including removal of all previous Adobe programs, Six weeks later I keep getting 'pop-ups' telling me I am running 'unlicensed software' followed by a message that it has been disabled! Waste of money! Will never use Mm3digital again!
Addendum:
Their 'IT department' are now telling me that it is nothing to do with the program, but it is all down to me and the way I installed it. I did not tell them that I have been building/repairing PC's, Laptops and fixing program problems for over 25 years, so I may know a little bit? DON'T USE Mm3digital, they are cowboys selling you out of date, unlicencensed, software, cheap!

Excellent support by Bastian. Quick delivery of package. I had an issue during installation - 1 email to Bastian and he was able to resolve and get me going
