Would give a zero if I could. My son ordered a pair of knee pads towards the end of April. Order was confirmed but never sent. No response to multiple emails etc. They say on their website that they started the company because Aussies were getting ripped off. They are the ones ripping people off!
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Bought a dogi over 2 weeks ago on 1 May 2024, no status updates, no replies from emails and FB messenger and of course no product. That's $99 down the drain and alot of money for someone who is struggling. Shameful behaviour
Ordered a Skipping rope waited over 2 weeks for update to order, emailed numerous times with 0 response. Had to request a charge back from my bank to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous considering they are skill sending marketing material and appearing like they are active.
I think we all got scammed. I ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven’t got any updates on my order. Kind sad a company would do this since most of us that train martial arts are broke in the first place trying to fund the sport we love.
Read other reviews on here.. I am going through the same experience. I ordered a product from MMADirect and have been trying to get a tracking number for it ever since. Which by the way is included as part of their shipping service. I have tried numerous times to contact them, through emails and their web forms, as its the only options available. I have not received any response whatsoever in over two weeks. This is surprising because they were quite responsive when inquiring about their products before completing the purchase. Biggest mistake.
I understand that there may be delays or stock shortages, but it is unacceptable to ignore a customer's request for an update. I am now left waiting, unsure if I will ever receive the product that I have paid for. As someone who frequently shops online, I have never had such a bad experience and complete disregard for customer service. It's even more disappointing that it's a local company that would scam its customers like this.
For anyone else experiencing the same issue with MMADirect, I would suggest reporting them to the fair trade ombudsman and the ACCC, especially if it is too late to cancel the purchase. Let's not let these online thieves get away with their poor service and lack of transparency.
I do not recommend this Company. My order #32460 was confirmed on 27/3/24. I have been unable to receive information as to when it is likely to be sent, almost two weeks later.
