The reason why i’m using their services is obviously prices, just look at the price of games here and in official stores, they are so different. The prices here are way cheaper, and i wonder how they gett thhose games for such a cheap price, as they also have to profit from them. Anyway, the process of buying games was fairly easy, and the payment wennt instantly. Bought 10 games here.

This is a good service because you can buy your favorite games for cheaper than in official stores. There are accounts, games for Xbox Live, iTunes, Microsoft Store and many other places.
I mean, you can get everything you want easily and without putting in much effort. I personally bought a game here and random steam key, got two games in fact, one of them is about 50 euro in Steam which is cool.

Had a little delivery delay but the rest was perfect

Bought 10x Keys for value of over €470.00 Was promised 24 hrs delivery, and kept getting delayed, and support told me to be patient.

I kept contacting support for updates, and they kept saying keys are delivered today which they never were.

Then today i woke up with the order being canceled. Then i went straight to support, and asked for a refund because i paid with Crypto. Then they offer me a voucher????? A VOUCHER ????? They can't even refund to the original payment. Then i asked for compensation which they responsed "we need to ask our supervisor if we can offer compensation".. THEN THEY OFFERED ME €471 EUR VOUCHER TO USE ON THE WEBSITE, I PAID OVER €475 AND A GAME ACCOUNT FOR STEAM OR ORIGIN. THAT'S A JOKE.

ALSO A SIDENOTE NONE OF THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, THEY COPY PASTE TEXT OR USE TRANSLATE, THEY LITTERALLY ANSWER LIKE A ROBOT.

THEY USE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT BECAUSE ON THEIR WEBSITE IT DOES NOT SAYS THAT CRYPTO PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

IVE BEEN TOLD EVERYTIME IVE CONTACTED "PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 MORE DAYS FOR THE SELLER TO CHECK" AND ITS NOW BEEN 14 TOTAL DAYS WHERE THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE MY KEY THAT WAS ALREADY REDEEMED. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEIR SUPPORT ARE NOT REAL PEOPLE BUT ROBOTS. I GUARANTEE THEY CANNOT PROVE THEY EMPLOY REAL PEOPLE WHO ARE VETTED. THEY ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE MY OTHER REVIEWS OF THEM BY CONTACTING TRUSTPILOT LIKE SCARED LITTLE GIRLS! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER UNLESS YOU LIKE SUPPORTING A CRIMINAL RAN BUSINESS OF THIEVES AND SCUM. I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO ACCEPT THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY AND I WONT EVER GET IT BACK. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Beware of the fake reviews they've set up! They did 99% of their own reviews. WHAT KIND OF MODERN COMPANY CANT GIVE YOU A PHONECALL TO DISCUSS YOUR CONCERNS? NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHEN I CAN EXPECT ANY REAL DIFFERENT INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH MY ORDER. I WISH THAT MMOGA GOES BANKRUPT AND THE OWNERS/WORKERS GO TO PRISON FOR FRAUD.
