I reached out for Pantheon
I reached out for Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen leveling assistance, hoping for a boost that felt meaningful — not just time spent online. Unfortunately, what I got was a bare-minimum remote play service using only the gear already on my account and random party setups with no guaranteed healer or support roles.
The communication was polite, and the team did eventually reply, but the service description felt misleading. "24/7 availability" turned out to mean eventual replies, not real-time support. And while they claim to "farm gear" during boosts, it's passive at best — no targeted dungeon runs or strategic enhancements.
If you’re looking for thoughtful synergy, proactive progression, or actual guidance, this isn’t it. It’s functional — but disappointingly generic.
I won’t be booking again unless their services evolve beyond the basics.

Told me they can do it in one lockout. Joined a raid (wasted the Id) and went into a raid where the item was hardreserved. When I asked for a refund I only got a little bit.
