On time as promised

Well I thought all was lost as M&M sent the wrong part. Then I realized it may have been my fault. Still they took the part back and credited most of the shipping. Good and responsive service.

The parts blow up and information available made obtaining the correct items a breeze. Had a little glitch in inventory that set me back a couple of weeks, but that was not a big problem here. One star off for the delay though.

Unfortunately I couldn’t give a five star because of the package it was shipped in.
After opening the package I noticed the piggy back spade connector was deformed badly and the wire connected to it was loose. I was able to replace it with one I had. I’m very happy that nothing else was damaged in the package. The LED Light kit was very easy to install and shows exactly where the saw blade will cut. Huge improvement over laser.
I would highly recommend this kit for anyone looking for accuracy.

You sent the right part the second time. That may be my doing but the schematics were blurry and difficult to expand. That being said the time they took to receive were terrible. When a tool breaks it’s loosing you money. It took like one and a half to two weeks to receive. Lastly the shipping cost was absurd. The part I needed was smaller than a quarter and plastic. You could have dropped it in the mail for a price of a stamp as opposed to charging me 7 dollars for a five dollar part. It also would have arrived in a fraction of the time.

Bought the XPS light kit for my DWS779 type 22. Mine came with the white wire not crimped to the red connector on the harness. I had to take the red boot off, open up the crimped sleeve, insert the white wire and recrimp, then wrap the connection in electrical tape since the red boot wouldn’t go on anymore.

My order included a part that was on backorder from the manufacturer. Staff was very helpful in adapting to the situation and giving me options on how to proceed; ended up keeping the part on backorder and sending the remaining part.
