This is my second time ordering from them, and once again I had a great experience. I purchased the Lava Heat 2G Triangle Flame Tower Heater 92.5”, and it arrived very fast and in perfect condition. I really like the product — it looks great and works exactly as expected

Ordered a one single tooth in December 2024 and still don’t got it don’t even want it no more,they don’t respond back on emails or on instagram and there’s no number to call them provided not professional at all… DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM BIG THUMBS DOWN… I wouldn’t give even 1 star…

Where are my grillz and lack of communication

I sent my grillz on December and mk grills received it and have sent me the tracking on evri it has been well over a week and evri is still saying they haven’t received the package I have email mkgrillz support multiple times and no answer it’s taking well one the time it should’ve to get her leaving me frustrated I would’ve liked a response and if it can be delivered a refund

Took my money right away then nothing

Took my money right away then nothing. 4 emails and 4 voicemailes . No response to any of them. Totally unacceptable. Senior citizen and really can't afford to be scammed for over $400.

Where's my order?!?!

Having the same experience as several other reviews. I ordered the Hanover Manor 7 piece set on May 11, and it hasn't even shipped yet and it's June 3! I've emailed customer service numerous times and still don't have any idea when, or even if, my order will arrive. At several thousand dollars for the set this is unacceptable. I understand shipping delays due to covid-19 but the item said it would arrive May 14! M&K, tell me if my order will ship or refund me!

Update: June 15, item still has not even shipped. M&K not providing any answers. Have requested a refund.

Don’t waste your time or money

The website said that my Hanover 9 piece dining set would be delivered within 2 weeks At the time of my order. It has now been 3 weeks since I’ve placed my order and I’ve heard nothing. I have emailed and tried using the chat bot on the website to no avail as far as getting an order status update. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. If the website promises that an item is in stock and would be delivered by a certain date it should be. Or at the very least your customer service should follow up and explain that there is a hold up somewhere and offer a solution, not go silent and avoid the customer.

Website does not accurately reflect items out of stock

Customer service was great. They were able to price match a patio table set that I was looking at with no issues. However, after waiting a week for my order to ship I contacted the company to find out when I would receive the table. I was then informed that the table was out of stock and that they MIGHT have some in a couple of weeks. This information was clearly not updated on the website. I then decided to cancel my order. However, the cancellation was never fully processed by the business. I had to contact customer service again to fully cancel my order and receive a refund.

The issue was due to communication with the manufacturer, our system is tied to their warehouses and updates quantities automatically. After discovering the issue we sent the 'MIGHT NOT' email to all of our customers to update them on the stats of the issue. The delivery estimate date was true for grills only and not Hanover products, we already updated our website to note this info on all Hanover Product pages, I hope that helps clarify the situation.
