Misleading Price Communication!
My partner had booked a cleaning of our sofa. We believed it would cost 1190 for a three seat sofa cleaning. But in small letters, spread out on the website they also charge 756 additional for cleaning supplies /stain removal and 399 for driving to your place. Then I wonder what I pay the 1190 for? Is that not already for cleaning the sofa? There is no reason why these costs should not already be included in the price from the get go. This is only so that they seem cheaper at first sight and customers will go to them. Misleading!

Priset 1190 kr och behandling/ samt eventuell reskostnad. Dessa priser är inte dolda utan framgår tydligt på vår hemsida under prislistan.
Informationen om behandling samt reskostnad står även angiven i våra bokningsvillkor som visas innan man slutför en bokning online. Vi uppmuntrar alltid våra kunder att ta del av denna information innan bokning för att undvika missförstånd.
När vi är på plats hos dig gick vi igenom priset innan arbetet påbörjas och innan betalning sker, just för att allt ska vara tydligt och godkänt av kunden.
Vår avsikt är självklart att vara transparenta med våra priser, och därför finns alla kostnader specificerade på hemsidan samt i bokningsvillkoren.
