Very rude and unhelpful
We tried to fix our daughter's IPhone that did not charge. Before arrival we had tried 3 different chargers at our house. The only place it would charge was wireless in the car. When I explained this to the man at the store, he took the phone back in the office for 2 seconds, came back and said: it's fine. It charging. He refused to listen and check inside the phone for any issues. We ended up bying a wireless charger in the store next door. This happened in Skanderborg.

Although we are very sorry for the negative experience that you had, we appreciate your feedback.
One of our core values is to always work in the best interest of the customer. In most of the cases where the phone is not charging properly, it is usually because of dirt in the charging port, which can quickly be cleaned instead of replaced. Also, If we suspect it might be a warranty case, we will not open the phone to avoid the risk of voiding the warranty. But we agree that we need to communicate this more clearly in the future.
