Do not sign up! fraud & extra charges.
They consistently try to sneak on extra subscriptions and charges you never asked for and say it was not them. Followed by sending technicians to your house and signing onto new more expensive contracts. This has happened to me and many others i know. Avoid all the costs and struggle and choose someone else
Bad service, double charging invoices, not possible to solve issues over phone or email.. weeks of ping pong and i finally gave up.
orange Jordan telecom company added a service which I did not know about, then the bill came on my account after almost 2 years!!

I waited all day on Friday and no one came to install the internet for me and now I got a notification that I was ABSENT. What a bad company Orange is!!! You will not get away with this
Unpleasant situation. Reception was weak. I called them to explain the problem with reception but they blamed it on my phone. My phone was nearly 5 months old and had no issues with previous provider. After a discussion I got a new SIM card and now it works.

Orange holiday worked fine in Paris but no other country and could not get any helpin English and only robo voice in French and text messages from then in French.
