Absolute scam company.
Suddenly there´s an open amount charged and a dunning letter saying if no payment is made till a few days, I will receive a letter from an attorney or collection agency including even higher costs and it will be reported to credit-rating and data pool companies.
The open amount is not even well-grounded. Its just made up

dont expect quick resolutions to your problems, even if you phone in. i had a roaming problem a while back, and despite many calls, i kept getting told that everything looked fine on their side. in the end i had to get a new phone (the old one wasnt even a year old)
1 und 1 coverage is so-so. definitely not the greatest, and even if you have a couple of bars, dont expect that internet coverage will work
double billing - expect this to happen every once in a while. also, if you are told by customer service to 'ignore' double charges that appear on the portal, please note these charges will STILL come off your bank account.
