Bad experience - do not trust claims that these phones are new

Very bad experience. The seller advertised this iPhone 14 as new and sealed, but it was not new. The phone arrived in very good cosmetic condition, with no visible scratches on the front or back, and it works well, but that is not the point: it was not the new, untouched device I was promised.

After looking more carefully, I noticed clear imperfections around the SIM slot and antenna area. On top of that, the seller himself told me that the SIM slot had been added later, which means the phone had been modified. That alone is completely inconsistent with something being sold as “new” and “sealed.”

Unfortunately, it took me too long to fully realize that these details were not normal, and by then the return window had expired. What made the experience even worse is that the seller initially agreed to accept a return, but later refused. I even suggested that I could create the listing myself and let him buy it back, rather than shipping it back blindly, but he still refused.

I cannot recommend this seller. If a seller tells you their phones are new, I would be very careful before trusting that claim. If reviews allowed it, I would attach screenshots of our chat and photos of the iPhone 14 to show exactly what I mean.
