I wish there was option for no stars at all

When i was looking for a good deal I thought i found the best deal with this company which offers "cash back" deal that looks like cheaper than others.

DO NOT fall for that.
Claiming the cash back is not the best
Here is my story:
I have joined them on a 24 months contract where cashback claimed are during billing months 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 from the date of connection or upgrade.
the trick is how they calculate the dates.

I managed to get my first payment on time but missed the 2nd one, as I was supposed to request the cash in 60 days of a certain date,

I was ok to miss the 1st one and called them asking to understand why and asked them to improve this by sending a reminder email, or at least dont have this time limit to claim the money (where does the money go if you are late ????)

I called again and I submitted my latest one a day before their time windows closes (which by the way is not known you have to guess/calculate it)

in summary i ended up paying the same i would have paid if I bought it directly from the provider

Got an upgrade with this company as I've used them before & was told it would be next day delivery , got an email Monday evening saying it was now with the warehouse waiting to be dispatched . So thought great I would get it Tuesday and luckily it was my day off work . Phone never arrived !. Emailed the company Tuesday evening & got an email on Wednesday saying they have asked the process team to process this asap , I was like what the hell is going on . I then copied and pasted the email I received Monday to show them that they'd said it was with the warehouse & would be next day delivery (Tuesday ) & sent it to them . On Thursday I'd had enough & my boss allowed me to ring them , when I spoke to them they couldn't understand why it hadn't been sent !!! but was told they would find out and email me . Well it's Friday morning & no email . I'm going to have to cancel this order when I get time due to work commitments & get a phone from elsewhere . All this time wasted for nothing plus I paid them money towards the handset , so got to get that money refunded . I'm so disgusted .

No customer satisfaction and very late delivery. it took almost 3 months to get my phone.

My phone has to arrived yesterday but still have no dispacted.I still waiting for my phone.
