Please beware of Mobile Spa Company!
I booked an event with Jade at Mobile Spa Company on 27 Feb for 14 March, my daughter's 18th birthday party. I booked facials and pedicures for 7 girls to start at 6pm at our home in Surrey and communicated with her frequently via WhatApp. She also sent me an email confirmation stating she would be sending 3 therapists at 6:15pm on 14 March and the cost would be £390. At 2:20pm on 14 March, approximately 3 hours before our event was to start, she contacted me via WhatsApp to say that all 3 therapists had travel problems and would not be coming. Needless to say, it was too late to book another group of therapists so I had 7 very disappointed girls. My daughter was so excited to spend her 18th birthday being pampered with her friends.
The last minute notice, a poor excuse and no offer to reschedule or compensate me in any way was not only unprofessional but made me suspect the company is a fraud. Please be careful and don't hire Mobile Spa Company unless you want to risk last minute cancellations and disappointment!
