I just tried the PRO version for the first time, and it worked great for the week or so I needed it. Then I have been just waiting for the developer to do more work for me to test. Meanwhile I was charged for two months in which I didn't use the service. Then finally I had need to use it again, and when I went there I got a message telling me my subscription had expired, even though I last paid for it 2 weeks earlier. I complained and someone responded saying they would 'look into it', but then I never heard back, and no access was given. I couldn't even use the free version. I sent many more messages, all ignored. And I have work to do. I need to use the service I paid for, and now that I need it I can't get access. I'm totally frustrated and ticked off. Obviously I need to find another mobile testing service.

Works okay. But don't get receipt after purchase, just a mail saying you sent money, but not even specifying amount or anything. And when logged din no way to reach a receipt either.
